Neighborhood & Community Garage Sale

Hosted at the Glenn County Fairgrounds!

Thank you for your interest in joining our 1st Annual Community Garage Sale! This event is designed to bring the community together for a fun, safe, and organized sale experience — without the need to sell from your own driveway.

General Information
Each vendor will receive a 10x20 space for $150. This includes two tables and chairs provided by the Glenn County Fairgrounds. All proceeds from your booth sales are yours to keep!

This event is limited to garage sale-style items only. No food, beverages, or new retail/commercial merchandise will be allowed.

Payment Information:

Booth spaces are $150 and must be paid in full to confirm your reservation. At this time, we do not offer online payment. Payment can be made in one of the following ways:

• In person at the Glenn County Fairgrounds office
• Over the phone by calling 530-865-1168
• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and checks
• Checks should be made payable OR mailed to: Glenn County Fairgrounds- P.O Box 667, Orland CA 95963

Accepted Items:
You may sell gently used or secondhand items such as:

• Household goods
• Clothing & accessories
• Books, DVDs, & toys
• Tools & equipment
• Furniture
• Décor & seasonal items
• Crafts & Scrapbooking
• Kitchen supplies

Prohibited Items
For safety and legal reasons, the following items are strictly prohibited:

• Food and beverage products
• Weapons (including knives or guns)
• Drug paraphernalia or related items
• Prescription drugs
• Alcohol, tobacco, or vape products
• Live animals
• Broken electronics
• Used mattresses
• Undergarments
• Hazardous materials 

Setup & Breakdown
Setup Days: Monday, September 22 through Wednesday, September 24
Event Date: Saturday, September 27
Event Time: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Breakdown: Begins only after the event ends — no early tear-downs permitted.

Parking & Access
Vendor parking will be clearly marked and close to the event area. Staff will be on-site to assist with load-in and placement.

Donation Option
If you’d like to participate by donating items instead of selling, the Glenn County Fairgrounds will accept donations through Wednesday, September 24. Donated items will be sold by fairgrounds staff during the event, and proceeds will support future community programs.
