Indoor Vendors: We encourage our vendors to create an engaging experience for attendees. We invite you to think of creative ways to interact with both kids and adults, enhancing their event experience while showcasing your products or services.

Outdoor Vendors: For those who wish to focus on merchandise or promotional activities without interactive elements, our outdoor vendor option is perfect. This allows you to engage with attendees in a traditional booth setting, focusing on sales or information distribution.

This application is for on-stage demonstrations and presentations during NC SportsCon 2026.

Stage time is designed to give exhibitors an opportunity to engage attendees, showcase their product, service, sport, or organization, and drive traffic back to their booth or activation.

Presentation length: 20 minutes per slot

Schedule: Three presentation slots per hour

Cost: No charge to participate

Daily limit: Presenters may select up to three time slots per day

Suggested timing: Morning, midday, and afternoon to reach different crowd segments

This is for stage demonstrations. There are three slots per hour. Essentially you have 20 minutes to get up, set your things on the stage do your demonstration talk on the microphone and take all your stuff off for the next person to go after you. There is no charge to do this and you can pick up to three times spots per day so basically you could do a morning lunch and an afternoon demonstration since the crowd changes throughout the day. Give us a brief description of what you're going to do. We will have a DJ so if you can bring a song that our DJ can upload or use, we will also have a microphone.
