Outdoor Vendors: For those who wish to focus on merchandise or promotional activities without interactive elements, our outdoor vendor option is perfect. This allows you to engage with attendees in a traditional booth setting, focusing on sales or information distribution.

About the event

The NC Sports Con (Convention) is built around a big idea: to take the traditional sports card show and elevate it into something new, exciting, and community-focused. The NC Sports Con is bringing interactive Sports, Health & Wellness, Sports Cards, Pokémon, live wrestling matches, pull-up competition, golf simulator, soccer drills, frisbee, and so much more — all with stage presentations never before seen in North Carolina. Our goal is to connect the past and future of sports in a way that gets people moving, engaged, and inspired. Whether you’re hunting for a rare card, meeting a hometown sports hero, or introducing your kids to the joy of the game, NC Sports Con is where it all comes together.

Terms & Conditions

NC Sports Con Vendor Agreement

Event Details

Event Name:NC Sports Con 2026

Date: April 18th, 2026

Time:10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Wendell Community Center

Vendor Space & Fees

- 8x8 ft: $100

-8x10ft: $125

-10x10ft: $135

-10x10ft Corner: $150

-10x10ft Wall: $175.

- Outside 10ftx 10ft: $100

- Outside 10ftx 1ft: $150

- Vendor fee must be paid in full upon signing this agreement to secure the space.

- Payment is non-refundable, except in the case of event cancellation by the organizer.

- NC Sports Con reserves the right to terminate any vendor agreement at its discretion, with a

full refund provided to the vendor if terminated.

- NC Sports Con reserves the right to adjust booth locations as necessary to optimize the event

layout.

Set-Up & Breakdown

- Set-up time: 7 AM – 9:30 AM.  Or Friday by request

- Breakdown time:5:00 PM –6 PM

- Vendors must be fully set up 30 minutes before the event begins.

- Vendors must not dismantle their setup before 5:00 PM.

Rules & Regulations

1. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables, chairs, and any required setup

materials unless otherwise provided by the organizer.

2. Vendors must keep their area clean and dispose of trash properly.

3. No hazardous or illegal items may be sold.

4. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting their own sales tax.

5. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

6. Vendors are encouraged to promote the event on social media and invite customers.Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement

The Vendor agrees to hold NC Sports Con and its affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, or

damage that may occur during the event. The Vendor also acknowledges they are responsible

for their own merchandise, sales, and personal property

8 x 8 Booth Wall $130.00 Non-refundable This is for an 8’x 8’ booth inside against a wall.
8 x 10 Booth Inside $125.00 Non-refundable This is for an 8’x 10’ booth inside.
10 x 10 Booth Inside $135.00 Non-refundable This is for a 10’x 10’ booth inside.
10'x 10' Corner Booth Inside $150.00 Non-refundable This is for a 10’x 10’ Corner booth inside. Limited availability.
10 x 10 Inside Booth against a wall $175.00 Non-refundable This is for a 10’x 10’ booth inside using a wall as a backside
10 x 10 Outside Booth $100.00 Non-refundable This is for a 10’x 10’ booth outside. It is advised that you bring a tent to cover the space.
10 x 12 Outside Booth $150.00 Non-refundable This is for a 10’x 12’ booth outside. It is advisable that you bring a tent to cover the space
one 6ft table and 2 chairs $20.00 Non-refundable so if you don’t have your own tables and chairs, we do have a limited amount available for rental
