NC Cotton Festival 2026

If you are a commercial based business, this includes brick & mortar, large national brands, online multi-level marketing products (examples: Scentsy, doTERRA, Pampered Chef, etc.) than this is the application you fill out.

Please include as much information as you can about what products you will be selling. It is STRONGLY encouraged that you include pictures of your booth set-up.

Applications will be accepted until June 1, 2026. The NC Cotton Festival will take place in Downtown Dunn, NC from 10:00AM - 4:00PM on Saturday, November 7, 2026. Load in times will be communiated to you through eventeny and will be based on booth location. 
 

If you are an artist and sell handmade products than this is the application you fill out.

Please include as much information as you can about what products you will be selling. It is STRONGLY encouraged that you include pictures of your booth set-up.

If you are a 501c non-profit organization than this is the application you fill out.

Please include as much information as you can about what brochures/pamplets you will be distributing about your organization, any freebie items you maybe handing out,etc. It is STRONGLY encouraged that you include pictures of your booth set-up.

You must stay within your booth area when passing out information, you cannot walk around the festival handing out anything! If this happens you will be asked to leave and not permitted into future events.

*IF YOU ARE SELLING ITEMS, YOU MUST FILL OUT AN ARTISAN OR FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION INSTEAD DEPENDING ON WHAT YOU ARE SELLING.

If you are a food vendor selling from a tent than this is the application you fill out.

Please include all food & drink items you will be selling at the festival. We will have 28 food vendors spots available serving 9 blocks and 15,000 attendees. We try to limit duplicated food, but it near impossible, however we pride ourselves on having 4 food districts and not having duplication in the same area. 

It is STRONGLY encouraged that you include pictures of your booth set-up.

Also, power is very limited and can be a factor on admission if you need it and all those spots are filled, so using a generator (especially a quiet generator) is encoraged.

If you are a food truck or trailer that detaches than this is the application you fill out.

Food Truck/Trailer Vendors are given the option & encouraged to drop off their truck/trailer the night before. We have paid security and the streets are shutdown Friday at 6pm. - Saturday 7pm. This helps to cut down on all the early morning traffic and set-up.
