The National Asparagus Festival held the 2nd weekend in June features a craft fair, kids zone, royal parade, 5k, live music, queen pageant, taste of asparagus competition, and more!

The Annual NAF Arts & Craft Fair is held each year in downtown Hart on the courthouse lawn, featuring over 70 vendors.  Asparagus-themed vendors are encouraged!!  
 
HOURS: Craft fair hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, rain or shine.  No early tear-down is allowed.
 
SETUP: Vendors booths setup is Friday, June 7th from 5:00 - 7:00 PM.  Set-up times are firm.  This is an outdoor show; vendors must provide their tents.  Electricity is not provided and stakes are NOT allowed on the courthouse lawn – please plan accordingly. 
 
BOOTH INFO:  Booths are 12'x12' and are located on the grassy lawn surrounding the courthouse.  Tents and tables are not provided.  Only one vendor per booth.  Booth fees are $60 ($75 after April 1st).  No refunds will be granted after May 18th.  Requests for booth locations are not guaranteed.  Weights to secure your tent are strongly encouraged.
 
ACCEPTED CATEGORIES:  Handmade crafters (non-commercial vendors) are given priority.  All applications received after the deadline will be taken on a first-come-first-serve basis, regardless of the type of vendor (with NAF Board discretion), until spots are filled.
Food Truck Application
Deadline: May 25, 2024
Thank you for your interest in being a featured food vendor at the National Asparagus Festival, attended by over 10,000 visitors annually.  The festival will accept food vendors until the event is full.  This is the application; it does not guarantee acceptance. You will be notified of your status within 1-14 business days of us receiving the completed application.  Once accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter asking for proof of insurance and payment of a non-refundable booth fee of $75.  Following receipt of those items, you will receive a participant packet with set-up information.  Vendors must be able to accommodate large festival numbers and are not allowed to tear down before 5:30 PM on Saturday.

NON-PROFIT agencies are encouraged to embrace the theme of the festival "asparagus", in exchange for a free booth at the craft fair.  An interactive experience is encouraged.
