Sunday, December 13th, 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM 

Vendor Space Fees:

One Weekend Booth $750 - You can select your weekend of choice in the application 

Double Weekend Booth $1,300 

Vendor spaces will be set up outdoors, and the event will operate like a traditional festival. As a vendor, you are responsible for staffing, decorations, wifi hotspots (if needed), and handling transactions.

Vendor Fee Includes:

2 tickets for the Holiday Cocktail Bash ($100 value)
10' x 10' tent with walls
1 six-foot table
Power supply
Lighting
Event signage
Your logo featured on the event website with a link to your website 

Food Vendors are not eligible for this application.

This application is not for local businesses--

Nashvillage Holiday Market is devoted to maintaining a creatively driven vendor marketplace. Therefore, we limit the number of promotional spaces at the event. Local businesses who intend to use space at the event for promotional purposes can be a part of Nashvillage Holiday Market through sponsorship of the event. Please reach out to christian@goodneighborfestivals.com if you are interested in sponsoring this event.

An artist is considered someone who personally handcrafts the items they will offer at the event. Booth space at Nashvillage Holiday Market is reserved for local artists, crafters, and sponsors.

Upon acceptance, vendors will be required to submit two COI listing the following groups as additionally insured:

We are specifically looking for tented food vendors to serve holiday-themed food. 

Food Vendor Fee:

15% of sales at the event. This deposit is applied toward your percentage of sales. At the end of the event, food vendors will need to provide a gross sales report via email. In the event 15% of your gross sales exceeds the deposit amount, you will receive an invoice for the remaining balance. Failure to provide your sales report at the end of the event will result in denial of applications for future events. Vendor Fees are due upon acceptance into Nashvillage Holiday Market. Credit card fees will be applied.
