Vendor Safety • Vendors are responsible for ensuring displays are stable and safely secured. • Heavy merchandise and displays should be positioned to prevent tipping or falling. • Electrical cords must be taped down or otherwise secured to eliminate trip hazards. • Open flames, space heaters, and hazardous materials are prohibited unless expressly approved by event management. Food & Beverage Vendors • Vendors serving food or beverages must comply with all applicable local and state health regulations and maintain proper food handling procedures. Health Considerations • If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, we kindly ask that you stay home and prioritize your health. • Hand sanitizer stations may be available throughout the venue. Guests are encouraged to practice good hand hygiene. Emergencies • In the event of an emergency, please remain calm and follow the instructions provided by event staff or emergency personnel. • Report any accidents, injuries, suspicious activity, or safety concerns immediately to an Ethereal Markets team member.
