Jazell Barbie Royale is an American beauty pageant titleholder, singer, and entertainer. She won the Miss Continental pageant in 2016 and, in 2019, she became the second American and the first woman of African descent to win Miss International Queen. In 2022, Royale placed fourth during the second season of Queen of the Universe.

Welcome to the Mx. St Pete Pride 2025 Pageant Contestant Application!
Mx St Pete Pride contestants will compete in 3 separate divisions with (1) winner from each division. The divisions include:
- Mr - Individuals whose stage persona identifies as male, regardless of gender identity.
- Miss - Individuals whose stage persona identifies as female, regardless of gender identity.
- Mx - Individuals whose stage persona identifies as gender diverse/nonbinary, regardless of gender identity. Mx contestant’s stage persona MUST be different from the Mr. and Miss stage persona’s to qualify. This division embodies the “unique” contestant and will not visually mirror the other divisions.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Contestants and their dancers/accompanists must be at least 21 years old before the Pageant.
