Event Basics
Penn Cove Musselfest takes place March 6–8, 2026, in Coupeville, WA, with activities happening at multiple locations.
Event details—including schedules, locations, food, entertainment, and activities—may change due to weather, safety needs, or other factors. Most events happen rain or shine.
Tickets & Entry
• A valid ticket, wristband, or credential is required for entry to ticketed events.
• Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time listed.
• Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is canceled by the organizer.
• Lost or stolen tickets can’t be replaced.
• Some activities have limited capacity and are available while supplies last.
Age Requirements
• Some Musselfest activities have age limits.
• Mussel Mingle is a 21+ event. A valid, physical photo ID is required—no exceptions.
• Kids and teens must be accompanied by an adult where required.
• Tickets won’t be refunded if entry is denied due to age or missing ID.
Food, Drink & Allergies
• Food and beverages are prepared by independent vendors and restaurants.
• Ingredients and allergens vary, so please check directly with vendors if you have dietary concerns.
• Alcohol is served in accordance with Washington State law, and service may be refused if someone appears intoxicated.
Alcohol & Designated Driver Plan
If you plan to consume alcohol during Musselfest, please plan ahead and have a designated driver or a safe ride home. We encourage responsible enjoyment so everyone gets home safely and the good vibes keep flowing.
Boat Tours & Physical Ability (When Applicable)
Some activities—like boat tours—require walking on docks, ramps, uneven surfaces, or stepping on and off a vessel. Guests must be able to do this safely in order to participate.
Dogs at Musselfest
Well-behaved dogs are welcome!
• Dogs must be leashed at all times and under the control of their owner.
• Owners are responsible for their dog’s behavior and clean-up.
• Event organizers reserve the right to ask a dog to leave if it is negatively impacting the event, other guests, vendors, or staff.
Safety & Common Sense
• Please follow instructions from staff, volunteers, guides, and vendors.
• Use required safety equipment when provided.
• Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from an event without a refund.
• Be kind. It’s a festival.
Assume the Fun (and the Risks)
Musselfest activities are voluntary and may involve crowds, food and drink, live music, waterfront areas, weather, and boats.
By attending, you accept responsibility for your own participation and well-being.
Photos & Videos
We may take photos or videos during Musselfest. By attending, you’re cool with your image being used for future Musselfest promotions (no compensation, just good vibes).
The Fine Print (But Not Too Fine)
By attending Musselfest, you agree that the Coupeville Historic Waterfront Association and its partners, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and staff aren’t responsible for injuries, illness, lost items, or damages related to your participation.
Final Note
We reserve the right to adjust, delay, or cancel events if needed for safety or operational reasons.
