Event on Main Street – Terms & Conditions
By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the Event on Main Street ("Event"), all attendees agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. General Admission
Admission is subject to all Event rules and regulations.
Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, unlawful, or inappropriate.
Attendees must comply with all instructions provided by event staff, security personnel, and law enforcement officials.
2. Assumption of Risk
Attendance and participation are voluntary and at the attendee's own risk.
Attendees assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or loss.
The Event organizers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and the City shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, theft, or damages that may occur during the Event.
3. Weather Policy
The Event will take place rain or shine unless otherwise determined by organizers for safety reasons.
Event schedules, activities, and locations may be modified due to weather, public safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related changes unless specifically announced by Event organizers.
4. Photography & Media Release
By attending the Event, attendees grant permission for photographs, video recordings, and other media captured during the Event to be used by organizers for promotional, marketing, educational, and social media purposes without compensation.
Attendees who do not wish to be photographed should notify Event staff upon arrival.
5. Alcohol & Controlled Substances
Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas and in accordance with local laws and Event policies.
Valid government-issued identification is required for alcohol purchases.
Illegal drugs and controlled substances are strictly prohibited.
Attendees who appear intoxicated or impaired may be removed from the Event without refund.
6. Prohibited Items
The following items are prohibited unless specifically authorized:
Weapons of any kind
Illegal substances
Fireworks or explosives
Drones
Hazardous materials
Any item deemed unsafe by Event staff
7. Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
Event organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
8. Vendor & Merchandise Disclaimer
Products and services offered by vendors are the sole responsibility of the individual vendor.
Event organizers do not guarantee or warrant any products or services sold during the Event.
9. Children's Attendance
Minors must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian unless otherwise stated.
Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of children attending the Event.
10. Ticketing & Refunds
Tickets are non-refundable unless the Event is canceled by organizers.
Tickets may not be duplicated, altered, or transferred in violation of Event policies.
Organizers reserve the right to modify the Event schedule, entertainment lineup, or activities without notice.
11. Compliance with Laws
All attendees must comply with federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations.
Failure to comply may result in removal from the Event and possible legal action.
12. Event Cancellation or Modification
Organizers reserve the right to postpone, cancel, relocate, or modify the Event due to weather, emergencies, public safety concerns, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond their control.
13. Indemnification
Attendees agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, and affiliated entities from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from their attendance or participation.
14. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending the Event, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
