Pre-movie activities will begin at around 6:30pm and include various games, trivia, and music. Film begins at 7:15pm.

VVS EVENTS – ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND EVENT TERMS
By purchasing a ticket, registering for, attending, or participating in this event, each attendee (or parent/legal guardian on behalf of a minor attendee) acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk
Participation in event activities is voluntary and may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, collisions, contact with other participants, exposure to weather conditions, use of inflatables, foam activities, recreational equipment, and other event-related activities that may result in property damage, personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death.
Attendees knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, associated with attendance and participation in the event.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees and/or their parent or legal guardian release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless VVS Events & Marketing, LLC, the property owner, venue, sponsors, event partners, vendors, contractors, entertainers, volunteers, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, or attorneys' fees arising from or related to attendance at or participation in the event, including injuries, property damage, accidents, losses, or death, except where caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct.
3. Minor Participants
Parents and legal guardians acknowledge that they are solely responsible for supervising their children and determining whether activities are appropriate for their child's age, maturity, skill level, and physical condition. By allowing a minor to participate, the parent or legal guardian accepts all risks associated with such participation on behalf of the minor.
4. Medical Treatment
Attendees authorize emergency medical treatment if deemed necessary and understand that neither VVS Events & Marketing, LLC nor its partners assume responsibility for medical expenses incurred as a result of participation in the event.
5. Personal Property
VVS Events & Marketing, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
6. Refund Policy
All ticket sales and registration fees are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. No refunds will be issued due to weather, schedule changes, participant inability to attend, or removal from the event for failure to follow event rules.
7. Agreement
By purchasing a ticket, completing an RSVP, checking an acceptance box, or entering the event premises, attendees acknowledge that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to these terms and conditions.
