SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR 2026:
THERE WILL BE NO ADMISSION FEE THIS YEAR IN CELEBRATION OF ROSE CENTER'S AND MOUNTAIN MAKINS' 50TH YEAR, SO WE'RE EXPECTING A RECORD NUMBER OF VISITORS. WE HOPE THIS WILL MEAN A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN SALES FOR OUR CRAFT VENDORS.
This application is the first step towards participating in the 2026 Mountain Makins Festival. Do not use this application if you are a Food Vendor. Please review the following general information and follow all instructions. This is an electronic agreement and by selecting a booth, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.
SET UP HOURS
Thursday, October 22. 9am-6pm (local)
Friday, October 23. 9am-4pm (out of town)
INSIDE BOOTH: $200
Inside booths are 80 square feet. Most are 8'x10'. Some may be another variation (9'x9').
If you would like to fill in areas between booths with your display and/or change tables and chairs, you can do so for an extra charge of $2 per square foot. This extra area will be determined and charged during setup. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Saturday, October 24. Festival, 10:00am-5:00pm
Sunday, October 25. Festival, 11:00am-5:00pm
OUTSIDE BOOTH: $150
Outside booth spaces are 10'x10'. You must provide your own tent.

Outside booths are NOT open for the Friday night Preview Party.
YOUR BOOTH FEES WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN SENT AN ACCEPTANCE NOTIFICATION.

Categories
Clay: Original clay and porcelain work, functional or sculptural.
Fiber: Includes weaving, basket making, quilting, sewing, knitting, crochet, etc. No machine-tooled, machine-screen printing, or other forms of mass production are accepted.
Fine Art: Drawing, painting, printmaking, and digital works.
Folk Art: Functional or decorative work in painting, mixed media, fiber, or wood.
Glass: Functional and sculptural work is accepted. Kiln forming, blowing, molding, or casting, as well as cold working processes are permitted.
Jewelry: Must be handmade and show the design and creativity of the maker.
Leather: any handmade leather pieces, including wallets, purses, bags, belts, etc.
Mixed Media: Work which combines materials from two or more mediums in one piece.
Musical Instruments: Handmade instruments.
Photography: Includes traditional film photography, hand-colored images, emulsion transfers, and digital photography.
Sculpture: Three-dimensional work using additive or subtractive processes in a single medium.
Fine Art: Drawing, painting, and digital works. Reproduction prints are not allowed unless originals are for sale.
Wood: Original works that are hand tooled, machine-worked, turned or carved.
Mountain Makins takes great pride in offering festival guests a wide selection of delicious food all weekend long.
