MomoCon 2026

MomoCon 2026 will take place Thursday May 21 to Sunday May 24 where over 60,000 unique attendance is expected. The MomoCon 2026 Car Showcase is situated in Hall B GWCC, in the Exhibits area. Applying does not guarantee availability, and you must be approved and follow all instructions before bringing your vehicle to MomoCon. Failure to follow these guidelines is subject to removal from the event. Eligibility Criteria and information for Car Showcase:

• All fandom (movies, TV, etc.) and skinned (Itasha) fandom cars and motorcycles are eligible for display
• Each approved vehicle qualifies for 2 weekend memberships
• Hours for the hall are: Thursday 2pm-8pm, Friday 10am-7pm, Saturday 10am-7pm, Sunday 10am-5pm
• Security is provided at all hours for the grouping of vehicles, but not for individuals
• Car owners are welcome to charge for photos around/in the vehicles if they so choose but cannot prohibit photos taken from outside of their space, as this will not be policed by the venue or MomoCon

Submitted Vehicle Photos: Please send high quality photos of your vehicle. These may be used in the presentation of our showcase winners! Safety Rules:

• Vehicles must comply with GWCC guidelines for vehicle display, including disconnecting batteries once parked on site.
• Gas tanks should be no more than 1/4th of a tank full.
• All electric vehicles are not allowed at this time.
• Each vehicle is required to have a fire extinguisher nearby.

 Utilities and Services Overview:

1. Facility Information: The GWCC operates as a non-union facility but collaborates with specific service partners for certain amenities.
2. General Service Contractor - Shepard:
   1. Shepard is our appointed service contractor.
   2. While you have the option to bring and set up your own area, Shepard can assist if needed.
   3. For inside deliveries without incurring drayage fees, please contact us in advance.

MomoCon 2026 will take place Thursday May 21 to Sunday May 24. The MomoCon 2026 Exhibit Hall is situated in Hall B at the GWCC. Each standard booth measures 10ft x 10ft and comes equipped with a 6ft x 2ft table, 2 chairs, a wastebasket, and 2 exhibitor badges.

These badges not only grant early access to the Exhibit Hall but also provide full access to the main MomoCon events. Vendors can acquire up to 8 booths.

Pricing for booth spaces, in the Exhibit Hall is as follows:

• Standard booth: $1100, $1169.30 after Eventeny fees
• Standard booth (corner location):  $1200, $1275.60 after Eventeny fees
• Premium location:  $1200, $1275.60 after Eventeny fees
• Premium corner location: $1400, $1488.20 after Eventeny fees

Note: The ability to select booth locations, will be made to approved vendors, at which time payment will be required. After your application's you will recieve communication through EventEny. Please Note: we will be accepting vendors in waves, and we will be making more vendor space available at a later date than in our initial acceptance wave.

New to MomoCon 2026: We will be welcoming more 1st party industry as part of our partnership with Wonder Festival. For those in the collectibles and figures retail side, please note that there may be the figure manufacturer present at the event as well. We will be making a full list of Wonder Festival exhibitors available closer to the event.

• Given the high demand for parking during the event, spaces may sell out. It's recommended to secure parking in advance. Book here when available in early 2026: https://gwcc.clickandpark.com/ and use the Marshaling Yard for larger vehicles.

Pricing Structure:

• The rate for Indie Game booth spaces in the Exhibit Hall is $850 per 10 x 10. This is exclusive of Eventeny fees.
• If your booth does not require power, we will provide a discount of $100. 

The Indie Game booth represents a special discount over our standard booths. Situated at the primary entrance and exit of the Exhibit Hall, these booths promise heightened visibility. Notably:

• Every booth in this section boasts at least one corner location.
• Booths include access to 5 amps power, and wifi which are normally an additional cost.

Eligibility Criteria for Indie Gaming Space:

• Must be primarily promoting a video game, or tabletop game.
• Any sales at the booth must be related to the game.
• To qualify as an indie game you cannot be financially supported by a large publisher (e.g. Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony, Ubisoft). However these groups can apply as Industry.

Placement Note: Booth positioning will be prioritized in part by the timing of your application. Thus, earlier applicants, especially those with larger booths, will benefit from better placement and enhanced visibility.

   1. Power and water line services are facilitated by Edlen.
   2. CCLD is responsible for providing internet access within the facility.
   3. Food services are provided through Levy.
