MomoCon 2026 will take place Thursday May 21st - Sunday May 24th at the Georgia World Congress Center (GWCC) in Downtown Atlanta Georgia. Focused on animation, gaming, and comics.

About the application

MomoCon brings together fans of Japanese Anime, American Animation, Comics, Video Games, and Tabletop Games to celebrate their passion by costuming / cosplay, browsing the huge exhibitors hall, meeting celebrity voice talent, designers, and writers behind their favorite shows, games, and comics and much much more over this 4 day event. If you are a volunteer signing up that is 17 or younger, please email volunteer@momocon.com for the minor application form.

Terms & Conditions

I understand and agree that the terms and conditions outlined below apply to me. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless MomoCon, its affiliates, directors, and/or associates from any and all claims which are brought by, or on my behalf, and which are in any way connected with my participation in the convention. In consideration I am being permitted to participate in any activities organized, operated or sanctioned by MomoCon, I, the party involved hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. I have read, understand, and agree to abide by the MomoCon Code of Conduct, Dress Code, Weapons Policy, and other MomoCon policies and procedures posted on the MomoCon web site. 2. I understand and agree that the MomoCon policies and procedures, and the terms and conditions of participation set out in the volunteer guidelines are always effective and apply to me when present in and around the Congress Center and Official Hotel(s) during MomoCon. 3. I acknowledge and agree that acceptance of any badge, membership or other form of admission issued by MomoCon constitutes acceptance of agreement to the following: (a) Releases MomoCon from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right, or any claim or cause of action of any kind. (b) Authorizes and permits MomoCon and its designees to use my name, voice, and likeness and all reproduction thereof in all media now and hereafter known for all purposes in perpetuity. (c) Agrees to comply with all convention rules and regulations. 4. I understand that the convention in which I will participate is of a voluntary nature. I further understand that some of the Events involve physical activities, including but not limited to dancing or role-playing, and may be inherently dangerous and may carry the rise of serious or grievous injuries, including bodily injury, damage to personal property and/or death. I understand the nature of the Events and represent that I am qualified and have no health problems, medical issues, or disabilities that would not allow me to participate in such Events. I further acknowledge that the Events will be conducted in facilities open to the public. 5. Should it be necessary for the me to receive medical care while participating as a MomoCon Volunteer member, I give the MomoCon personnel to use reasonable discretion in obtaining medical care for me, and grant permission to any physician or other qualified medical providers, including but not limited to nurses and ambulance personnel to render whatever medical care they deem necessary & that all charges for services, equipment, and supplies incurred for such treatment shall be my sole responsibility, and agree to pay for all that was associated with rendering medical care to me.
