MomoCon 2026

MomoCon 2026 will take place Thursday May 21 to Sunday May 24 where over 60,000 unique attendance is expected. The MomoCon 2026 Organizations Tables area is situated in the Exhibit Hall section of the GWCC. Applying does not guarantee availability, and you must be approved and follow all instructions before getting your table at MomoCon. Failure to follow these guidelines is subject to removal from the event.

Have a local group looking for some fan exposure?  Come to MomoCon!  It’s a great way for fan groups, cons, and creators to reach a huge audience for immediate feedback and promotions!  We have a very limited amount of tables available free to local fan groups for promotional purposes on a first-come, first-served basis.

Conventions that provided trade tables in the previous year take precedence in fan table placement. Please note, vendors, colleges, open sales, artists, recruiters, talent agents, and some others do not qualify for this area and may be rejected.  

Organization tables do not come with complementary MomoCon memberships, so please plan accordingly. Conventions are welcome to inquire about badge trades.  MomoCon makes no claims about the location of tables, we will do the best we can to accommodate with placement but make no promises about specific locations for organization tables in the hall or specific tables within the section.

Eligibility Criteria and information for Organization Tables:

• Organization tables are limited to conventions, fan meetup groups, fan-run organizations, charity organizations (provided they are not selling non-branded materials), and all other types of organizations are reviewed on a case by case basis.  
• Conventions are given a slight preference for this section.
• These tables are not intended for marketing purposes for general businesses, but for fan-run, community, and charity endeavors.  We have other options for general marketing at MomoCon, please contact us at info@momocon.com for details. 
• We cannot accept applications for groups featuring any live animals, 18+ material, food or drink sales, or general merchandise sales that are not branded.

Rules:

• Membership – Organizational Tables do not include memberships to MomoCon.  Each person manning the organization table is required to have a membership and accompanying badge to MomoCon 2026.
• Table accoutrements– Each 6′ rectangular table will be provided with two chairs and will be skirted and covered.  MomoCon does not guarantee access to internet or power; if you require these, please contact us and we can arrange with the GWCC for them, but it may be a cost to you.  Free wifi is not available where the tables are located.  All tables will be located in the Exhibitor Area.  Any displays must be free-standing; nothing can be affixed to the walls at any time for any reason.  If you choose to pass out stickers, you will be responsible for any attendee abuse/clean up. Those wishing to purchase extra materials, electricity, or any other accoutrements will be provided an order form through our decorator. Please note this is a table, not a full booth, and will not have side low or back high curtains. You may not move your table location at any time for any reason unless it is done in conjunction/witnessed and approved with the Exhibit Hall director.
• Hours – Organizations are asked to man tables during Dealers Room hours (Thurs 2pm – 8pm, Fri 10am-7pm, Sat 10am-7pm, Sun 10am-5pm), Monday afternoon being flexible.  If organization tables are left empty or with only promotional materials/unmanned for a large part of the weekend, the organization may be asked to leave or may not be welcome back to get a table at MomoCon in the future.  Tables will be secured overnight alongside the vendors, but all table materials are left at the group’s own risk.
• Politeness – Keep all music at a reasonable level and do not encroach upon your neighbors.  MomoCon reserves the right to remove organizations from their table at any time for any reason.
• Sales – Conventions are permitted to sell any and all convention-branded merchandise (except anything 18+) or memberships/tickets to their respective events.  No group may sell any other type of merchandise unless cleared beforehand with MomoCon.  This includes conventions selling other non-branded merchandise.  No flyers or promotional materials handed out can be “adult” in tone or display.
• Please do not bring any type of animal that is not a personal service animal. We at this time are not accepting charity groups that involve live animals at the event (exception for personal service animals).
• If you wish to bring your own guests with autograph signings at your table, please contact us in advance for approval.

 Utilities and Services Overview:

1. Facility Information: The GWCC operates as a non-union facility but collaborates with specific service partners for certain amenities.
2. General Service Contractor - Shepard:
   1. Shepard is our appointed service contractor.
   2. While you have the option to bring and set up your own area, Shepard can assist if needed.
   3. For inside deliveries without incurring drayage fees, please contact us in advance.

These badges not only grant early access to the Exhibit Hall but also provide full access to the main MomoCon events. Vendors can acquire up to 8 booths.

Pricing for booth spaces, in the Exhibit Hall is as follows:

• Standard booth: $1100, $1169.30 after Eventeny fees
• Standard booth (corner location):  $1200, $1275.60 after Eventeny fees
• Premium location:  $1200, $1275.60 after Eventeny fees
• Premium corner location: $1400, $1488.20 after Eventeny fees

Note: The ability to select booth locations, will be made to approved vendors, at which time payment will be required. After your application's you will recieve communication through EventEny. Please Note: we will be accepting vendors in waves, and we will be making more vendor space available at a later date than in our initial acceptance wave.

New to MomoCon 2026: We will be welcoming more 1st party industry as part of our partnership with Wonder Festival. For those in the collectibles and figures retail side, please note that there may be the figure manufacturer present at the event as well. We will be making a full list of Wonder Festival exhibitors available closer to the event.

• The rate for Indie Game booth spaces in the Exhibit Hall is $850 per 10 x 10. This is exclusive of Eventeny fees.
• If your booth does not require power, we will provide a discount of $100. 

The Indie Game booth represents a special discount over our standard booths. Situated at the primary entrance and exit of the Exhibit Hall, these booths promise heightened visibility. Notably:

• Every booth in this section boasts at least one corner location.
• Booths include access to 5 amps power, and wifi which are normally an additional cost.

Eligibility Criteria for Indie Gaming Space:

• Must be primarily promoting a video game, or tabletop game.
• Any sales at the booth must be related to the game.
• To qualify as an indie game you cannot be financially supported by a large publisher (e.g. Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony, Ubisoft). However these groups can apply as Industry.

Placement Note: Booth positioning will be prioritized in part by the timing of your application. Thus, earlier applicants, especially those with larger booths, will benefit from better placement and enhanced visibility.

   2. CCLD is responsible for providing internet access within the facility.

Wonder Festival US will take place Thursday May 21 to Sunday May 24 at MomoCon 2026. The Exhibit Hall is situated in Hall B at the GWCC. Please Note: This application is not for 3rd-party resellers of collectibles, toys, or figures. 

Exhibitor Booth Options
Wonder Festival US offers three booth types designed to fit every level of creator. From major studios to independent makers. All exhibitor spaces include access to MomoCon’s 160,000+ fan audience, onsite promotion, and  are setup with a table, 2 chairs, and 2 badges.

 
1. Industry Booths
Perfect for: Established brands, licensed distributors, studios, or large-scale exhibitors.
Size: 10×10 ft (3×3 m) - 50×50 ft (15×15 m)
Rate: $16 per sq ft
Example: A standard 10×10 booth = $1,600

Industry booths are premium spaces within the Wonder Festival Zone, offering high visibility, customizable layouts, and prime placement near other brands and the entrance area to the floor.

 
2. Value Booths
Perfect for: Small publishers, retailers, and creative businesses adjacent to the figure and art-toy community
Size: 10×10 ft (3×3 m) - 20×20 ft (6×6 m)
Rate: $11 per sq ft

A simplified exhibitor option with great foot traffic and affordability. Value Booths include pipe-and-drape setup, two badges, and optional upgrades for corner placement or additional tables.

 
3. Creator Zone Tables
Perfect for: Independent garage kit makers, artists, and sculptors
Size: 1 Table (approx. 6 ft x 2ft)
Rate: $350 per table (includes 2 exhibitor badges)

This is the heart of Wonder Festival: a curated space dedicated to individual creators and original works. Ideal for showcasing handcrafted figures, model kits, prototypes, or small-batch runs.

Exhibitor badges provide full access to the main MomoCon events.

Eligibility Criteria for Industry Space:

• Applicants must be the principal distributor or manufacturer of the items on sale. This excludes the majority of resellers. 
• License holders can display and sell products from third-party entities that utilize their intellectual property.
• No unlicensed reproductions, such as fan art, are allowed. 
• Presence in this space mandates marketing that specifically targets and resonates with the fandom audience.

Pricing Structure:

The rate for Industry booth spaces in the Exhibit Hall is $16 per sq ft (e.g., a 10x10 space would be $1,600), exclusive of Eventeny fees.
Booths spanning more than 600 sq ft (20x30) qualify for a 10% discount.

Placement Note: Booth positioning will be prioritized in part by the timing of your application. Thus, earlier applicants, especially those with larger booths, will benefit from better placement and enhanced visibility. Booth placement will not be finalized until April 2026.
