The Middle Tennessee Highland Games & Celtic Festival welcomes all Scottish Clans and Families to participate in the 11th year of the games and festival. The event will take place in Sanders Ferry Park in Hendersonville, TN. Clan/Scottish family attendance and support has continued to grow and has played a key role in the success of the festival’s return.
Clan/Scottish Family Reservations include: 12’ X 12’ site, one free bag of ice for each day, (2) tickets for the two-day event, special gift bag.
Space Cost:
$45.00 until June 27
$50.00 June 28-August 1
Optional Rental Items:
10' x 10' tent - $200/tent
(1) 6' table and (2) chairs - $25
We will NOT be able to take Clan/Scottish Family Reservations after August 1.
Site Locations: We will not be placing clan tents directly on the athletic field this year, but we do have a beautiful shady area for the clan village that will have close sight lines to the field. The size of one clan site is 12’ X 12’.
If your Clan/Scottish Family requires 2 or less clan sites, your location will be based on a first come first serve basis. If 3 or more are required, you will be placed in a pre-dertermined spot.
Clan/Scottish Family Tickets: Each clan site includes 2 complimentary festival tickets for the 2-day event. We can either mail these tickets in August, to the address on this application or they can be picked up before the festival at the Information Tent starting on Friday, September 11th.
Parking: Each clan will receive one parking pass for the parking next to the festival fields. Other clan members have first come, first serve, access to the onsite parking.
