Join us on Saturday, December 2nd, 12PM - 6PM, in Downtown Lawrenceville for the return of our Hometown Holiday Parade. The Holiday Spirit comes alive in Lawrenceville like never before! Enjoy a holiday makers market at the Lawrenceville Lawn, holiday music, and do some holiday shopping on the square, and dine alfresco at our one-of-a-kind eateries! Don't forget to stop by and see Santa at the Bicentennial Plaza after the Parade at 3:00 PM.

Merry Little Christmas is looking for food vendors who are interested in bringing their unique talents to our holiday celebration.
 
Merry Little Christmas is one of three major events for the City of Lawrenceville hosted at the Lawrenceville Lawn and is the final event of our 2023 season. This event is from 12 PM - 6 PM, however, vendors will be loading Saturday Morning between 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. All vendors must be prepared to greet the public at 11:30 PM. 
 
The application will be slated for approval (waitlisted) for this event throughout October - November. Additional Load-in information will be sent via email the Monday before the event. 
 
Merry Little Christmas is an event that features live music and entertainment throughout the day, so please be aware of that when preparing for the event. 
 
If you would like to be considered as one of our vendors for this event, please fill out the application and await approval from our Event Coordinators.

Merry Little Christmas is looking for small business vendors who specialize in clothing, home décor, jewelry, soap, candles, digital art, sculptures, paintings, art prints, photos, hand-made items, and embroidery.  If your business does not sell any of the examples not to worry as long as you are an independent creator/seller who is not connected to a major corporation and is looking to sell tangible products, you would fill out this application.
 
If your business is connected to a large corporation/franchised business, if you are looking to sell a service or intangible product, or if you are classified as a non-profit please do not continue with this application. Look on the event homepage to see if there is another application that fits your business better.

Merry Little Christmas is looking for Non-Profit organizations who are interested in having a booth at this event. A nonprofit organization, also known as a non-business entity, not-for-profit organization, or nonprofit institution, is a legal entity organized and operated for a collective, public or social benefit, in contrast with an entity that operates as a business aiming to generate a profit for its owners. If you do not meet those requirements, please do not continue with this application. Look on the event homepage to see if there is another application that fits your business better.
 
Please be aware that you are expected to offer some sort of giveaway, sale, or activity at your booth. We are hesitant to approve applications that intend to only have informational items. We want our community to feel drawn toward your booth in a fun and positive way. We have found that the best way to do that is to make sure all of our vendors have something to offer the community. This invites our community members into your space and allows you the chance to tell them more about your organization.

Volunteers will arrive to Merry Little Chirstmas to assist the Events Team in various activities such as, but not limited to, load-in, check-in assistance, beautification, sanitization, and much more. Please join us this year, as we are in search of incredible volunteers to ensure a successful event in our community. Volunteers will receive T-shirts for their assistance, but sizes are limited. Volunteers must be registered in order to volunteer! If you resigister for a general volunteer shift, you will not be able to assist as a parade volunteer. To ensure safety, volunteers must adhere to guidelines placed by the city, guidelines which include the wearing of the mask at all times, temperature checks prior to the shift, & the proper use of gloves onsite.

Join us on December 2nd from 12pm-6pm for Lawrenceville's Merry Little Christmas Experience in Downtown Lawrenceville and immerese yourself in world full of christmas spirit!

 

This application is for organizations and schools who would like to participate in Lawrenceville's 2023 Merry Little Christmas Parade. The deadline to submit your applications is October 31st, 2023. Once applications are recieved we will review them on a rolling approval timeline. Parade slots will only be available until slots are full.

 

We currently plan on approving the followiing type of parade units:

 

Walking units: 15

Wheel units: 3

Band units: 4

Animal units : 3

Specialty units: 5

 

Additionally, please be aware that the parade will step off at 3:00 PM and is a daytime parade. 

  • Load-in will take place the morning of the event, specific loadin instructions will be sent after your application approval and before the event.
