Setting up the Merriment Event involves checking in vendors to make sure they are at the right event. Showing vendors where they will be setting up and helping them to unload quickly and directing to where to park on the street.

The Family Fun area needs to be set up, supervised, broken down and cleaned up.

The Osborn Elves Stage need to be set up, broken down and cleaned up.

The Raffle Area needs to be set up, supervised, broken down and cleaned up.

Making sure the trash is picked up is a very big part of the event. We want to make sure the neighborhood and our community shines and helping with this job is very important to everyone!

This Sponsorship application is catered to service businesses that are not located on 7th Ave so that we can provide more advertising opportunities to you and your business. These sponsorship packages are ideal for service businesses such as Real Estate, Insurance and other services that would like to have their businesses highlighted in every aspect of the event, including online marketing, on site signage and day of presence.
