Strawberry Festival is one of the BERRY BEST festivals in southeastern Wisconsin! Over 100,000 attendees come to the Historic Downtown Cedarburg to celebrate all things strawberry! With hundreds of arts, crafts, and commercial sellers, food trucks, live entertainment and a whole city park dedicated to kids, there is something for everyone!

Parking instructions
Parking is extremely limited during the festival. There are several paid lots, and four shuttle stops. There is a limited number of pre-paid spots made available to vendors.

Health & safety
Historic Downtown Cedarburg can be difficult to navigate during large festivals and many buildings are historic and not ADA. There are no stroller, wagon or wheelchair rentals.

The fee for this application is waived for non-profits.

April 30 2026: Application Deadline

May 1: Booth fees charged to the payment on file

May 15: Vendor may cancel for full refund. No refunds are given after MAY 15, 2026

 

If accepted, you will be required to submit a signed contract before the event, and your credit card will be automatically charged for your booth fee on 5/1/2026.

A request to be invoiced for this fee must be indicated on this form. If an invoice is not requested, the card on file will be charged May 1, 2026.

We can't run Strawberry Festival without you! Set-Up Crew Volunteers are responsible for placing tents, tables, coolers, ice etc. at their designated location within the Festival footprint. Golf carts (and coffee) will be provided. Upon arrival, please check in at the Volunteer Command tent on the outside northwest corner of the Community Gym.

We can't run Strawberry Festival without you! Tear-Down Crew Volunteers help collect all tents, coolers, bins, food, etc. and bring them into the Community Gym basement. Golf carts are provided. Volunteers will meet at the Volunteer Command tent for specific assignments.

Festival Docent Volunteers are an extension of Staff! Docents will be assigned a specific "zone" within the Festival footprint, and assist all vendors/artists within their zone. This may include helping with traffic flow (during load-in), tent set-up, answering general questions regarding booth locations, watching tents during vendor bathroom breaks, etc. It is recommended that Docent Volunteers be familiar with Downtown Cedarburg. The day of your shift, you will check in at the VOLUNTEER COMMAND CENTER tent located on the northwest side of the Community Gym (across from City Hall). Please arrive 10-15 minutes BEFORE your shift begins so you can receive your Zone information, Docent shirt, lanyard, radio, etc.

Bartending is a PAID position! Please check in for your shift at the VOLUNTEER COMMAND TENT located on the northwest side of the Community Gym (across from City Hall). We request that you arrive 10 minute prior to the beginning of your shift to receive your name tag lanyard and t-shirt (if ordered). Bar Tent Volunteers will serve as cashiers and assist bartenders with tasks as needed. Merchandise Volunteers will work as cashiers and assist with other tasks as they arise. The Merch Booth tent will be located at the entrance to the Festival food court on Washington Avenue. Information Booth Volunteers address attendee questions, provide brochures/directions, and facilitate our Lost Child Wristband program.

Volunteers will be staging our supplies for Saturday- bringing items/supplies up from storage and setting them up in the Community Gym (tents, coolers, flags, bins, merch, etc.). Pizza and beverages will be provided. Student volunteers are welcome to come earlier in the day on Friday if desired. Contact staff directly to schedule at info@cedarburgfestivals.org!

Volunteers will restock Festival booths with general supplies and either lemonade, fresh strawberries, or shortcake. Golf carts and/or wagons will be provided. We prefer to have teams stay for the duration of the Festival if possible, but don't worry - there will be some downtime throughout the day.

Want to hang out in the park with the vendors, musicians, food and drinks? Cedar Creek Park Volunteers will be the eyes and ears of Festivals Staff in the Park. Duties include checking in with vendors, alerting the cleaning crew when needed, ensuring all signage is displayed properly, and answering attendee. Radios will be provided for communication. Volunteers will receive a shirt and meal tickets.

Tear-Down Volunteers will help gather supplies from around the Festival footprint (tents/coolers/bins etc) and then store items away in the Community Gym basement. They may be asked to do other tasks as needed. Golf carts and wagons will be provided. Sunday evening shift volunteers working between 6-8pm will earn double community service hours.

Strawberry Packing Volunteers will repackage fresh strawberries to be sold in the Festival berry booths. Packing will be done in the Cedarburg Community Gym.

The Mainstage Bar and Fermentorium tents can get pretty hectic during the busiest times of the festival. Volunteers will help keep the tents stocked and to help the serving volunteers. By knowing where everything goes and when to have things set-up, a bar back helps create a successful environment for the serving volunteers. * Help maintain a neat and tidy serving area and workspace (wiping up spills, removing garbage, etc) * Restock ice in coolers * Restock cups, merchandise, napkins, etc * Take empty bottles to recycling * Empty garbage and drip buckets * Handle radio and call for supplies as needed * Make sure Mainstage seating area is cleaned periodically (garbage off tables, etc) Please check in at the Volunteer Command Area located on the north side of the Community Gym approx. 10 minutes before your shift to receive your volunteer shirt and lanyard.
