About the event

Strawberry Festival is one of the BERRY BEST festivals in southeastern Wisconsin! Over 100,000 attendees come to the Historic Downtown Cedarburg to celebrate all things strawberry! With hundreds of arts, crafts, and commercial sellers, food trucks, live entertainment and a whole city park dedicated to kids, there is something for everyone!

About the application

Docent Volunteers are an extension of Staff! Docents will be assigned a specific "zone" within the Festival footprint, and assist all vendors/artists within their zone. This may include helping with traffic flow (during load-in), answering general questions regarding booth locations, watching tents during vendor bathroom breaks, etc. Radios and a shirt will be provided. It is recommended that Docent Volunteers be familiar with Downtown Cedarburg.

Terms & Conditions

If it is your first time volunteering as a Docent, you will be required to attend a brief training session prior to the Festival. Session dates and times will be emailed to you.
