McKinney Wine & Music Festival 2026

This application includes vendors in categories such as gyms, home services, clothing, jewelry, art,  cottage vendors/bakeries (non-temperature controlled), home décor, furniture, children's toys, and other consumer goods that do not include the sale of open food/beverages. This application is NOT for food trucks, restaurants, or wineries.

Please fill out the vendor application and wait for approval. Upon receiving approval, you will then be able to pick your booth space at the event by logging back into your Eventeny account. Payment will be requested by Eventeny once your booth space has been selected. Prices will vary. Arrival information will go out 2 weeks prior to the event.

IMPORTANT TO READ: You will not have a reserved space at the event until your booth space has been both selected AND paid for in full. This is an electronic agreement and by paying the fee and submitting your application, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically.

NOTE:  SBG Hospitality will not provide water or electricity.

To protect our vendors and ensure a secure booking experience, please note the following:

• All official communication from our team will only come from a verified @sbghospitality.com email address. All vendor registrations, booth selections, and payments for our events are handled exclusively through our secure booking platform, Eventeny.
• We will never request or accept vendor fees through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, direct text message, or any other informal payment method. If you receive communication or payment requests outside of these official channels, please disregard them and notify our team immediately.

This application is is intended for wineries. This application is NOT for food trucks, restaurants, or marketplace businesses - please look at our other applications if you are in that category. We are expecting 1,000+ in attendance. You do not want to miss this event! This festival is a great opportunity for wineries to promote their brands, sell products, reach new audiences, and engage with thousands of attendees!

We wouldn't be able to do what we do without YOU, our valuable wine partners, as your play a key role in making these events a success!  For this event, wine tasting tickets will be sold to attendees in sheets of (20) tickets. Wineries will be expected to collect tickets from attendees for 1-oz pour. These tickets will not be available for reimbursement. Wineries will also be able to sell wine by the bottle ONLY for attendees to take home. Attendees may not consume the wine at or during the event.

Wineries may not sell tasting or glasses of wine.  

Please fill out the wine partner application and wait for approval. Upon receiving approval on your application, you will then be able to pick your booth space at the event. Arrival information will go out 2 weeks prior to the event. The event is in partnership with The Warrior's Keep!
