Winter Welcome 2026 – Vendor Application

Thank you for your interest in Winter Welcome! Now in its 13th year, Winter Welcome has become a beloved community staple, drawing up to 3,000 attendees over the course of the evening.

Join us on Friday, November 20, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Founders Green for a festive community celebration kicking off the winter season. Vendor space is limited and fills quickly (we sell out every year!), so we encourage you to apply early.

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance; all applications are reviewed and you'll be notified by email of your status.

Booth Fee:

$90 per 10x10 space, due upon acceptance. Tents/Lights will be provided for you.

Accepted Categories

We welcome a wide variety of vendors, with a special emphasis on holiday-inspired products. Seasonal items, gift-ready goods, and festive displays are strongly encouraged!

• Kids' Toys & Games: Toys, puzzles, books, stocking stuffers, and children's gifts.
• Apparel & Accessories: Clothing, holiday sweaters, hats, scarves, jewelry, handbags, and matching family outfits.
• Cottage Home Bakers: Cookies, breads, pies, candies, fudge, and holiday treats made under Colorado's Cottage Foods Act. Products must be labeled as required by state law.
• Pets: Anything and everything for furry family members: treats, toys, apparel, collars, beds, pet portraits, and holiday pet gifts.
• Home Goods & Décor: Candles, ornaments, wreaths, table décor, kitchenware, blankets, and seasonal decorations.
• Handmade & Artisan Crafts: Woodwork, pottery, art prints, handmade cards, and one-of-a-kind gifts.
• Personalized & Custom Gifts: Engraving, embroidery, custom ornaments, name signs, and made-to-order items.
• Bath, Body & Self-Care: Soaps, lotions, bath bombs, lip balms, and gift sets.
• Gourmet & Specialty Foods (Packaged): Jams, sauces, spice blends, hot cocoa mixes, teas, coffee, and gift baskets.
• Beauty & Wellness: Cosmetics, skincare, and wellness products.
• Plants & Floral: Poinsettias, holiday greenery, succulents, and floral arrangements.
  
  To keep a balanced mix, we may limit the number of vendors per category, and preference may be given to vendors offering holiday-themed products.

Event Protocol

Booths must be staffed for the full duration of the event. No early breakdown.
Vendors must check in at the vendor check-in table on arrival.
Keep your booth within your assigned space and walkways clear.
Be courteous to guests, staff, and fellow vendors.
