We’ll let you know on Eventeny by Sunday, July 26, 2026, whether your panel has been accepted, denied, or waitlisted. This application is for any photographer seeking a badge to conduct business during Matsuricon 2026. All applications must be submitted by June 1st, 2026. Upon approval, Photographers will be emailed with a link for the Photography Badge purchase. All approved photographers will be emailed no later than June 5th, 2026 and all bookings or advertisements will not be approved until badge payment has been made and a confirmation email sent out.
This application is for any applicants seeking press credentials to cover Matusricon 2026. All applications must be submitted by August 1st, 2025. Badges grant weekend access but not to special ticketed events. All media teams must arrange interviews independently. Accuracy in reporting is crucial, and badges do NOT guarantee interviews or photos with celebrities. Professional conduct is expected; violation leads to badge forfeiture and removal from the event. All approved outlets will be emailed no later than August 5th, 2026 and all bookings or advertisements cannot be made until a confirmation email sent out.
This is the group order form for ribbons to pass out and trade at Matsuricon 2026. The theme this year is Cyberpunk City.

This order form is for those who wish to receive the group discount for ribbons. If you wish to join in the group order, you will be responsible for the payment of ribbons. Ribbons will be $0.17 per ribbon. There is a $7 design fee for new designs, however if you are reordering ribbons, this fee will be waived.Â

There is a minimum order quantity of 100 ribbons. Order qualities below 100 will not be accepted. If you wish to order multiple colors for the same design, you will need to submit an order of 100 or more for each color.

If you would like to submit more than one design, you must complete one application PER DESIGN. This includes orders for the same design but different colors.

You are not required to order ribbons through the group order, and you can order your own ribbons directly through a number of badge ribbon website. For a list of ribbon retailers, visit: https://matsuricon.org/programming/badge-ribbons

The physical dimensions for ribbons are 4 inches long, and are generally 1 5/8th inches wide, though some ribbon colors are 2 inches. The aspect ratio for you design must be 34:9 (1020x270 pixels or larger images with the same aspect ratio). Files for designs must be in **high resolution only PDF**. Anything WHITE on your design will be the color of the ribbon and ANY OTHER COLOR, including greyscale, will become foil. To prevent your design from looking like a solid blob of foil, please make sure design has a white background, and the design itself is black. Examples of what constitutes as good and bad ribbon designs can be viewed below.

All ribbon designs are subject to Matsuricon policies. Please be aware that if a design does not comply with Matsuricon policies, you will be asked to remove it and store it somewhere out of public viewing. Matsuricon policies can be found at: https://matsuricon.org/about/policies-safety/
