Requirements:
  1. All products must be handmade or designed, no MLM or mass produced products - This form is for handmade goods vendors only!*
  2. All vendors are responsible for bringing their own setup materials - tents, tables, chairs, clothing racks, tent weights, lights (for night markets) etc & setup/breakdown in a timely manner. 
  3. TENTS REQUIRE WEIGHTS (20 lbs. per tent leg recommended)- If you do not have weights you will be asked to break down your tent and only have tables setup.
  4. For later/evening events we recommend battery powered lights
  5. We do not provide external power access at ANY of our events. Contact us if you need power or plan to bring a generator. 
  6. If accepted, vendors will be emailed with load-in information
  7. Your vending spot is ONLY reserved after acceptance and payment is received. We will not hold an unpaid vendor spot, and vendors will be charged upon acceptance 
  8. In the event of inclement weather we will notify vendors early the morning-of the event and your fee can be transferred forward to another event with remaining availability.
