All of our standard booths are 10x10 this year! The vendor layout is slightly different now, but we believe everyone will be happy with this change. We still have some smaller, more budget-friendly, booths available as well.
We have included a tentative vendor layout for reference only. This is ONLY a mock-up at this time. You will be able to add-on corners and/or tables/chairs. In order to keep the base price as low as possible, these requests will now incur an additional fee, because it does require additional work on the organizational side of things.
Your booth fee includes space ONLY. You must provide your own table(s), displays, chair(s), and floor-length cloth/linen/stretchy tablecloths (no plastic tablecloths allowed). All boxes/bins/overstock/wagons/etc. must be hidden below tables.
No decoration of any kind may be attached to any part of the facility or facility equipment with staples, glue, nails, adhesive tape, or any other method that may cause damage to the facility walls or other fixtures.
This event is RAIN-or-SHINE.
Set-up times will be no earlier than 7am on the day of the event, and will be staggered throughout the morning. You will receive a vendor email by Wednesday evening (9/9) with your exact set up time. Teardown will begin at 4pm.
