Vendor Terms & Conditions:
By submitting an application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Vendor Acceptance:
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the market.
The Bloom Market reserves the right to accept or decline any application to ensure a well-balanced and curated market.
Accepted vendors will receive confirmation and additional event details prior to the market.
Products:
Vendors may only sell handmade or handcrafted products that have been approved through the application process.
Products not listed on your application must receive prior approval before being sold.
Due to existing tenants at The Mill on Etowah, baked goods vendors are not permitted.
Vendor Space:
Each vendor space includes room for one 6-foot table.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own table, chairs, displays, table coverings, and any other setup materials.
Displays must remain within the assigned vendor space and must not obstruct neighboring vendors or walkways.
Setup & Breakdown:
Vendors must arrive during the designated setup time provided before the event.
All booths must be completely set up before the market opens.
Vendors agree to remain open for the entire duration of the market (11:00 AM–4:00 PM) unless otherwise approved by market management.
Early breakdown or departure is not permitted.
Rain or Shine:
This event will take place rain or shine. As the market is indoors, the event will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
Payments & Refunds:
Vendor fee: $60 with a 6% service fee - that amount will be charged if you've been accepted. There is also a $5 application fee that will be charged automatically when submitting an application.
Vendor fees, once paid, are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by The Bloom Market.
If a vendor cannot attend, the vendor fee cannot be transferred to another vendor without prior approval.
No refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or early departures.
Vendor Responsibilities:
Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting any applicable sales taxes.
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized booth throughout the event.
At the conclusion of the market, vendors must remove all merchandise, displays, and trash from their space.
Liability:
Vendors participate at their own risk.
The Bloom Market, The Mill on Etowah, its owners, employees, volunteers, and affiliates are not responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to vendors, their property, employees, or customers.
Vendors are encouraged to carry their own business liability insurance.
Conduct:
Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and treat customers, fellow vendors, and event staff with respect.
The Bloom Market reserves the right to remove any vendor whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with the values of the market.
Photography & Marketing:
By participating, vendors grant The Bloom Market permission to photograph or record their booth, products, and business for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.
Agreement
By submitting an application and participating in The Bloom Market, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event and/or ineligibility for future markets.
