The event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, from 10 AM - 10 PM at Industry City in Brooklyn, NY.Â
This application will close at 11:59 PM on July 31, 2026, and you will hear back on the status of your application by Sunday, Aug. 15, 2026.
Travel and accommodations will not be provided, however volunteers can enjoy the following perks:

- Complimentary Magical Girls Festival badge for you and a friend or family member (not transferable to another year or event)
- Resume-building experience
- One meal or meal voucher provided

Applications will be chosen on a rolling basis.Â

If availability opens and your application is moved off the waitlist, we will email you as soon as possible (by Aug. 31, 2026 at the latest).

If you do not hear back by Aug. 31, 2026, unfortunately, your application cannot be approved for the 2026 Magical Girls Festival.

This application is for the waitlist. If chosen, the nonrefundable vendor fee is $50 for a virtual table, $115 for a shared table, and $225 for a solo table.

All in-person solo and shared vendors will be added to the virtual vendor marketplace. Travel and accommodations will not be provided.
