Magical Girls Festival

We are offering table space for vendors at the second annual Magical Girls Festival!

The event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, from 10 AM - 10 PM at Industry City in Brooklyn, NY. (Please note that the vendor floor will close at 7 PM)

If chosen, the nonrefundable vendor fee is $50 for a virtual table, $115 for a shared table, and $225 for a solo table.

All in-person solo and shared vendors will be added to the virtual vendor marketplace

This application will close at 11:59 PM on Sunday, May 31, 2026, and you will hear back on the status of your application by Sunday, June 21, 2026.

Travel and accommodations will not be provided.

The event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 26, 2026, from 10 AM - 10 PM at Industry City in Brooklyn, NY. There is no fee to present a panel or programming at the event!

Note: If you do not have a Business Name, please feel free to include your full name twice.

This application will close at 11:59 PM on Friday, May 31, 2026, and you will hear back on the status of your application by Sunday, June 21, 2026. Travel and accommodations will not be provided.

Travel and accommodations will not be provided, however volunteers can enjoy the following perks:

• Magical Girls Festival swag
• Complimentary Magical Girls Festival badge for you and a friend or family member (not transferable to another year or event)
• Resume-building experience
• One meal or meal voucher provided
