Vendor Information – Event Day Details

 

Parking & Unloading 

Parking is free in all shopping center lots. Vendors may unload in the lot closest to the event area before setup. After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to any of the other parking lots so the nearest lot remains available for customer parking.

 

Booth Equipment 

Tents, tables, and chairs are not provided. Please bring all equipment and supplies required for your booth.

This is an outdoor event held in the center of the shopping center, directly outside the food court.

 

Restrooms 

Restrooms are available inside the food court building.

Electrical access is not available for vendor use.

We can not accomodate any mobile vendors (no trailers, RV's etc. at this event.

No Photographer vendors at this event, since we will have a photobooth as a fundraiser.
