Thank you for your interst in being a food vendor for a community event in Downtown Rowlett! Live On Main Spring-Series kicks off on Friday, May 1st -May 15th from 6:00pm-9pm, you're invited to experience the best our city has to offer.
Enjoy an evening filled with live music, flavorful food and drink samples, and unique local shopping as our downtown streets come alive. Explore charming craft vendors, savor bites.
Please note that by signing and submitting the application electronically, you are agreeing to the terms outlined within it. We appreciate your enthusiasm and look forward to reviewing your submission!

Street Closures: Streets will be closed starting at 3pm.
Setup Time: Setup window begins at 4pm to 6pm. Please avoid setting up earlier as our staff will still be preparing the area.
Weights: We recommend encouraging vendors to bring 40-50lb tent weights or sandbags to secure their setups.
Power Access: There is NO power downtown. Please do not plug into the outlets in the garden beds, as this could cause a power outage.
Pull-up to YOUR Spot: Exciting news! You're able to pull up to your spot, upload and then go back to park into the reserved parking. Please see map on Eventeny. (We highly advised that you do this fast so it will not be a traffic jam from everyone fulling up at the same time.)
Tear Down: You may begin tearing down at 9:15pm, with all sales concluding by 9:30pm.
Parking: Please see attachment for parking pass. We will have vendor parking available at the Schrade Lot right beside Rowlett Veterans Park.
Vendor Terms for Event:
The City of Rowlett will provide a 10 X 10 spot for your vendor area.
The City of Rowlett will not provide any equipment such as generators or tents.
The City of Rowlett will not provide any assistance with set-up or tear down.
