Live at the Plaza 2027

The 13th annual Live at the Plaza summer concert series is back for 2027! Every Friday in May and June the City will feature a local band in the family-friendly atmosphere of Government Plaza. The shows are held from 6 to 9 p.m., and admission is free and open to the public. A limited number of spaces will be available each week for vendor/display space on Government Plaza.  Please select all dates that you are interested in attending. Do note, we receive an overabundance of applications each season, and you may not be approved for all of the dates you select.  Application Deadline: Friday, February 26, 2027 11:59 p.m. Cost: There is a $25 Non-Refundable fee for each Live at the Plaza event attended. If you pay by credit card, there is an additional credit card processing fee. Credit card invoices will be sent the Monday before the event. Cash and checks (payable to the City of Tuscaloosa) will be accepted at the Special Events office located in the Mercedes-Benz Amphitheater. Money will be due by 12 p.m. the day before the event. A limited number of spaces will be available for mobile food vendors on Gary Fitts Street (6th St).  All food vendors will be required to have an active  mobile food vending license or a City of Tuscaloosa franchise license.  Cost: There is a $25 Non-Refundable fee for each Live at the Plaza event attended.
