Nightmare Over Little Elm returns on Friday, October 30, 2026, bringing a night of family-friendly Halloween fun, entertainment, and community celebration to the lakefront at Little Elm Park. This one-day event features a fireworks and drone show, live music, a hayride, a hot air balloon glow, food vendors, food trucks, marketplace vendors, and interactive experiences for attendees of all ages. Guests are encouraged to come dressed in costume and enjoy a festive and safe Halloween environment. The event will include two pumpkin drop experiences filled with candy, along with activities and entertainment throughout the evening. Vendors play an important role in creating the overall experience. Vendors are encouraged to incorporate Halloween-themed elements into their booths and, when possible, provide candy, giveaways, or interactive engagement for attendees.

Parking instructions
Vendor parking details will be provided upon acceptance.
All vendors must follow the designated load-in and parking instructions. Unauthorized vehicle access or parking may result in relocation or removal.
Health & safety
All vendors are expected to operate in a safe and professional manner.
Food vendors must comply with all local health department regulations. The Special Events Team will coordinate temporary health permits for approved vendors.
Vendors must maintain a clean and hazard-free space throughout the event.
Open flames, cooking equipment, and generators must be used in accordance with safety guidelines and may be subject to inspection.

This is an electronic agreement. By submitting an application, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined within this event and any related vendor application.Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit vendor categories to ensure a balanced and high-quality event experience.All events are rain or shine.If accepted, the payment method provided will be charged according to the event timeline. No refunds will be issued unless the event is canceled by the Town of Little Elm.Vendors are responsible for complying with all event guidelines, Town ordinances, park rules, and applicable regulations.Failure to comply with event rules, setup requirements, or operational guidelines may result in removal from the event and/or denial of future participation.
