Little Elm Craft Brew & Que 2025

This is an electronic agreement and by applying, you are validating and approving this agreement electronically. The Town of Little Elm reserves the right to limit categories. Your provided payment method will be charged upon acceptance. Please note: Vendors must provide their tents, generators, extension cords, etc. This is a rain or shine event. Sample Brewery will receive:

1. 10 x 10 booth space
2. One table
3. Ice
4. Access to refrigerated truck
5. Full-scale marketing and promotion, with advertising and branding of you brewery and beer at the event

Premier Brewery will receive:

1.  20 x 10 booth space in premier location facing the stage
2. Beer samples in the VIP tent
3. One table
4. Ice
5. Access to refrigerated truck
6. Full-scale marketing and promotion with advertising and branding of you brewery and beer at the event

Breweries provide:

1. Packaged product. If you have only have draft, you must provide your own equipment.
2. Brand ambassadors or beer cards for servers to use.
3. Any equipment you may need such as extension cords, dollies, etc. 
4. Tent and signage if tent is not branded
5. Beer- we ask for the opportunity to buy the beer wholesale. 
6. Digital copy of logo emailed to specialevents@littleelm.org

4. Ability to sell wine by the bottle for retail with a TABC Wine Festival Certificate
5. Full-scale marketing and promotion, with advertising and branding of you winery and wine at the event

 Wineries provide:

1. Packaged product
2. Brand ambassadors
3. Any equipment you may need such as extension cords, dollies, etc.
4. Wine for tasting by the glass
5. Wine by the bottle for retail
6. Tent and signage if tent is not branded
7. Digital copy sent to specialevents@littleelm.org
