Welcome to the Linn County Fair application process. Our fair is a wholesome, family-friendly event with concerts, a rodeo, a mutton busting contest, food & drink, adult beverages, a Family Land area, a carnival, and commercial vendors.

Parking instructions

Vendor parking will be in the gravel lot at the south end of the main parking lot. A free shuttle will pick up and drop off vendors at the front gate. Shuttles will be running before opening and at close of the Expo Hall for your convenience. There will be a loading zone on the west side of the Willamette Event Center for move in and move out only.

Inside Commercial Booth Application

This application is for vendors who would like to be inside the Willamette Hall. Please make sure to view all documents located in the Related Files section of this application. Fill out this application completely, missing sections will require us to decline the application. You will have to provide a credit/debit card on the application, however you will not be charged unless accepted as a vendor. If you need to pay with a check, please let the organizer know by clicking Contact Organizer on this application.

There is a limited number of booths available and 2023 returning vendors will have the first rights to the same booth if application is received by 5 pm on April 15, 2024. Starting April 16, we will reserve spaces based on order applications are received.
