Join us in Historic Downtown Liberty, MO, from September 25 to 27, 2026. This beloved community tradition offers a full weekend of fun for the whole family. Festival Highlights: Vendors & Shopping: Stroll through over 200 vendor booths featuring handmade crafts, unique gifts, artwork, home décor, jewelry, clothing, and more—including goodies for your pets! Live Entertainment: The festival offers an exciting lineup of regional and local performers, keeping the energy going all weekend. Carnival: Enjoy classic rides and games for all ages! The carnival kicks off Friday evening and runs throughout the weekend. Food & Treats: From savory bites like turkey legs to sweet treats like funnel cakes, there’s something to satisfy every craving. Don’t miss fresh produce from the Farmer’s Market while you’re here! Parade: The festival parade starts at 11 a.m. on Saturday and marches through the heart of Liberty with floats, bands, local organizations, and more. Festival Hours: • Friday, September 25: 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. • Saturday, September 26: 9 a.m. – 9 p.m. • Sunday, September 27: Noon – 4 p.m. (carnival and select booths) Admission is free, and there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We can’t wait to welcome you to one of Liberty’s favorite fall traditions!

Parking at the festival is free to the public, and there are several public parking lots in the area, and on-street parking is allowed. Limited handicapped parking is available.

Health & safety
The Liberty Fall Festival is following all public health guidelines as provided by the Clay County Public Health Center. At this time, no restrictions are in place, however, in accordance with CDC guidance, anyone who is not fully vaccinated should continue to take precautions such as wearing a well-fitted mask in public, staying six feet or more from those they don't live with and avoiding crowds and poorly ventilated indoor spaces. For the safety of all our guests, we ask that festival attendees be aware of the following things that are prohibited. · NO smoking on festival grounds · NO weapons allowed on the festival grounds · NO cycling, skateboarding, or other recreational transportation allowed on festival grounds.

Craft and Non-Profit booths are intended for artisans and charitable organizations offering unique, community-focused experiences at the Liberty Fall Festival.

 

Eligibility Requirements:

Craft Vendors: A minimum of 75% of items offered for sale must be hand-crafted by the vendor. Direct sales, mass-produced items, or commercially manufactured products are not permitted in this category.
Non-Profit Organizations: Applicants must provide proof of 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status at the time of application.


All applications will be reviewed to ensure alignment with festival guidelines and overall vendor balance. Acceptance is not guaranteed and is subject to space availability.

Commercial and Political booths are designed for businesses, service providers, campaigns, and organizations seeking to promote their products, services, or initiatives to Liberty Fall Festival attendees.

 

These booths are intended for:

For-profit businesses promoting or selling products and services
Political candidates, parties, and issue-based organizations conducting outreach or education
Organizations offering promotional materials, lead generation, or brand awareness

Commercially produced and direct-sale products are permitted in this category. Booths may include sales, demonstrations, information sharing, or promotional giveaways, provided all activities comply with festival policies and local regulations.
