Parade Route: Starts at Heritage Middle School on Kansas, proceeding east. Turn north onto Leonard, west onto Franklin, and end at the middle school.
Terms & Conditions
Liability Indemnity: Participant covenants (agrees) that it will protect, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the Liberty Chamber, City of Liberty, their directors, officer agents, employees, and volunteers from and against all expenses, claims, actions, liability, attorney's fees, damages, and losses of any kind whatsoever, actually or allegedly, resulting from or connected with the participation in the Liberty Fall Festival Parade. The Liberty Chamber and the City of Liberty shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any personal property, regardless of the cause.
For safety reasons, candy and other items may be passed out only by your group members walking along the parade's sideline. Any person or organization throwing candy or other things from moving vehicles will be pulled from the parade. All entrants must complete the entire parade route. Entries displaying inappropriate themes or behaviors will be removed. No refunds will be issued after September 1, 2026, under any circumstances. The parade is rain or shine and will be canceled only in extreme weather conditions.
