Thank you for your interest in becoming a dealer at the Liberty Antiques Festival. For more than 35 years, 
Liberty has been known for authentic antiques and collectables, trusted dealers, and a strong community of 
collectors. As the festival’s new promotors, we remain committed to preserving the show’s reputation for 
quality, and we welcome your application. The festival is held the last Friday and Saturday in April and September every year.

 

The Liberty Antiques Festival is an outdoor event, so tents are suggested for inclement weather events and 
shade. Tents are priced separately, except Big Top (included). A list of tent and table vendors will be made 
available for dealers to secure needed tents and tables. Dealers can bring their own tents, but they must be 
securely installed. At the end of each festival, sign-ups for subsequent festivals are discounted for early 
payment and commitment for returning dealers. Electricity is generally not available for tent spaces. Food 
vendors and security will be available during festival hours.

Terms & Conditions
Liberty Antiques Festival Ticket Purchase and Event Terms and Conditions These Ticket Purchase and Event Terms and Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for and all persons attending the Liberty Antiques Festival at Windy Hill Farms in Ramseur, North Carolina. By purchasing, accepting, possessing, or using a ticket, or by entering the festival grounds, the ticket purchaser and each attendee agree to these Terms and Conditions. 1. Ticket Sales Are Final All ticket sales are final. Except as otherwise expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions or required by applicable law: Tickets are nonrefundable. No refunds or credits will be issued because of weather, rain, mud, temperature, travel difficulties, illness, scheduling conflicts, failure to attend, dissatisfaction with the event, dealer or vendor changes, or early departure. Processing fees, service fees, convenience fees, taxes, and other transaction charges are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law. Purchasers are responsible for reviewing the event date, ticket type, quantity, and other order information before completing a purchase. 2. Outdoor Event—Rain or Shine The Liberty Antiques Festival is an outdoor event and is scheduled to take place rain or shine. Weather conditions may include rain, wind, heat, cold, mud, wet grass, uneven ground, standing water, dust, and other outdoor conditions. Attendees should review the forecast, dress appropriately, wear suitable footwear, and bring any permitted rain or sun protection they may need. Rain, ordinary weather conditions, muddy grounds, temporary weather delays, shortened operating hours, evacuation of a portion of the property, or temporary suspension of activities will not automatically entitle a ticket holder to a refund, exchange, or credit. The Festival may delay opening, temporarily suspend operations, close certain areas, modify activities, change operating hours, or evacuate the property when reasonably necessary for safety. 3. Cancellation or Rescheduling If the entire Festival is officially canceled and no replacement or rescheduled date is offered, the Festival will determine and announce the refund or credit procedure in accordance with applicable law. If the Festival is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets may be honored for the replacement date. Any refund, credit, or transfer option for a postponed or rescheduled event will be determined by the Festival and communicated to ticket holders, subject to applicable law. The Festival is not responsible for travel, lodging, meals, transportation, vendor purchases, lost income, or other expenses incurred because of a cancellation, postponement, schedule change, weather condition, or other event-related circumstance. 4. Working-Farm Notice The Liberty Antiques Festival is held at Windy Hill Farms, an active working farm. Attendees may encounter natural and man-made conditions commonly found on farms and rural properties, including but not limited to: Uneven, sloped, soft, rocky, muddy, or unpaved ground; Holes, ruts, roots, gravel, ditches, drainage areas, fences, gates, and farm roads;Farm equipment, tractors, trailers, utility vehicles, trucks, and other moving vehicles; Livestock, wildlife, insects, plants, dust, pollen, manure, hay, and agricultural materials; Temporary structures, tents, stakes, ropes, cords, generators, displays, and vendor equipment; Wet or slippery surfaces; Changes in weather, visibility, lighting, and ground conditions; Noise, crowds, and vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Attendees must remain in public areas, obey posted signs and staff instructions, supervise children, avoid restricted areas, and exercise reasonable care at all times. 5. North Carolina Agritourism Warning WARNING Under North Carolina law, there is no liability for an injury to or death of a participant in an agritourism activity conducted at this agritourism location if such injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agritourism activity. Inherent risks of agritourism activities include, among others, risks of injury inherent to land, equipment, and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agritourism activity. 6. Assumption of Risk To the fullest extent permitted by law, each attendee knowingly and voluntarily accepts and assumes the inherent and ordinary risks associated with: Attending an outdoor event; Entering and walking upon a working farm; Weather and changing ground conditions; Interaction with crowds, vendors, vehicles, equipment, animals, and temporary structures; Slips, trips, falls, collisions, and other accidents arising from conditions commonly associated with outdoor festivals and agricultural property. Attendees are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to safely attend and navigate the Festival. Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive any right or liability that cannot lawfully be waived under North Carolina law. 7. Release and Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, each attendee releases and agrees not to hold liable Liberty Antiques Festival at Windy Hill Farms, LLC; Windy Hill Farms, LLC; their owners; members; managers; employees; volunteers; contractors; sponsors; vendors; dealers; affiliates; agents; insurers; property owners; and representatives for injuries, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from the inherent risks and ordinary conditions associated with the Festival, the working farm, or the attendee’s own actions or failure to exercise reasonable care. The Festival and released parties are not responsible for accidents, personal injuries, property damage, lost or stolen items, vehicle damage, weather-related losses, or other loss arising from risks assumed by attendees, except to the extent liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 8. Medical Conditions and Accessibility Attendees with medical, mobility, or accessibility concerns should consider the outdoor farm setting before purchasing tickets. Some areas may have grass, gravel, dirt, slopes, mud, or other surfaces that may be difficult to navigate with wheelchairs, walkers, strollers, or mobility devices. Attendees should bring any medications, mobility equipment, protective equipment, or assistance they reasonably require. Requests for reasonable accessibility assistance should be made to Festival staff as early as possible. The Festival does not guarantee that every portion of the working farm will be accessible under every ground or weather condition. 9. Children and Dependent Adults Children and dependent adults must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Parents, guardians, and responsible adults assume responsibility for the safety, conduct, and supervision of all minors and dependent adults in their care. Children may not climb on fences, gates, equipment, displays, vehicles, trees, temporary structures, or other farm or Festival property. 10. Parking and Vehicles Parking is at the vehicle owner’s and occupants’ own risk. Parking areas may consist of grass, gravel, dirt, or other unpaved surfaces. Conditions may become muddy, slippery, soft, dusty, or uneven. The Festival is not responsible for vehicle damage, theft, towing expenses, vehicles becoming stuck, or damage caused by weather, ground conditions, other vehicles, or third parties, except as otherwise required by law. Drivers must follow all signs, speed limits, parking directions, and instructions from Festival personnel. Unauthorized parking may result in towing at the owner’s expense. 11. Personal Property Attendees are responsible for their tickets, money, purchases, vehicles, and personal belongings. The Festival is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, abandoned, or damaged property. Found items may be held for a limited time and may be discarded or donated if not claimed. Purchases from dealers, vendors, or other third parties are transactions between the purchaser and that dealer or vendor. The Festival does not guarantee the authenticity, condition, safety, legality, value, or quality of merchandise offered by independent dealers or vendors. 12. Admission and Conduct The Festival reserves the right to deny admission or remove any person, without refund, when the person: Violates these Terms and Conditions; Engages in unsafe, threatening, abusive, disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate behavior; Fails to follow staff instructions or posted rules; Enters a restricted area; Damages property; Creates a risk to people, animals, property, vendors, or event operations; Attempts to use an invalid, duplicated, altered, refunded, or fraudulent ticket. Removal or denial of admission because of an attendee’s conduct does not entitle that person to a refund. 13. Prohibited Activities and Items Unless specifically authorized by Festival management, attendees may not: Enter restricted farm, livestock, equipment, dealer, staff, or operational areas; Operate or climb upon farm equipment, vehicles, displays, fences, gates, or temporary structures; Bring illegal substances or engage in illegal activity; Sell, solicit, distribute materials, protest, advertise, or conduct commercial activity; Bring weapons or other dangerous items where prohibited by Festival rules or applicable law; Interfere with vendors, guests, parking operations, emergency services, or Festival personnel; Bring pets or animals except as permitted by the Festival or required by applicable law for trained service animals; Use drones without prior written approval. The Festival may inspect bags, containers, coolers, and other items to the extent permitted by law and may require prohibited items to be removed from the property. 14. Tickets and Entry Each ticket is valid only for the date, admission type, and number of persons stated on the ticket. Tickets may be scanned, marked, exchanged for a wristband, or otherwise validated upon entry. Duplicated, copied, altered, or fraudulently obtained tickets are void. The Festival may require identification, proof of purchase, or the payment card used for the transaction when reasonably necessary to verify an order. Ticket holders are responsible for keeping tickets and QR codes secure. A ticket that has already been scanned may be denied unless reentry has been expressly authorized. 15. Reentry Reentry is permitted only in accordance with the policies announced for the applicable Festival date. A wristband, hand stamp, ticket, or other credential may be required for reentry. Removed, transferred, altered, or damaged credentials may be rejected. 16. Event Changes The Festival may change dealers, vendors, exhibits, attractions, layouts, parking areas, entrances, operating hours, schedules, policies, activities, or amenities without notice. The absence, cancellation, relocation, or substitution of any particular dealer, vendor, attraction, food provider, or activity does not entitle a ticket holder to a refund. 17. Photography and Recording By entering the Festival, attendees understand that photography, video recording, livestreaming, and other media recording may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, attendees grant the Festival and its authorized representatives permission to photograph, record, reproduce, publish, and use their image, likeness, and voice when captured incidentally or generally as part of Festival photography or crowd footage, without compensation. This provision does not authorize uses prohibited by applicable law. 18. Emergencies and Safety Instructions Attendees must follow instructions from Festival staff, security personnel, law enforcement, firefighters, emergency medical personnel, and other authorized officials. In an emergency, attendees may be directed to shelter, evacuate, relocate, remain in place, or leave the property. Any attendee who notices a dangerous condition, missing child, injury, fire, medical emergency, or security concern should immediately notify Festival personnel or call 911 when appropriate. 19. Communicable Illness By attending, each person accepts the ordinary risk of exposure to communicable illnesses in a public gathering. Attendees should not attend when experiencing a contagious illness or when they have been directed by a healthcare provider or public authority to isolate. Failure to attend because of illness does not entitle a ticket holder to a refund, except where otherwise required by law. 20. Force Majeure The Festival is not responsible for delay, interruption, modification, postponement, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, flooding, fire, natural disaster, government action, public health emergency, utility failure, labor disruption, civil disorder, acts of terrorism, threats to public safety, property damage, or other emergency conditions. Any refund, credit, rescheduling, or ticket-honoring procedure following such an occurrence will be determined by Festival management subject to applicable law. 21. Electronic Communications By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser agrees to receive transactional communications concerning the order, including receipts, ticket delivery, parking information, schedule changes, safety announcements, postponement notices, and cancellation information. Marketing communications will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any available opt-out procedures. Purchasers are responsible for providing a valid email address and reviewing event communications before traveling to the Festival. 22. Unauthorized Resale and Fraud Tickets may not be reproduced, counterfeited, altered, or sold in violation of applicable law. The Festival is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party resale platforms. Tickets obtained through fraud, chargeback abuse, duplication, or unauthorized resale may be canceled without refund. 23. Chargebacks Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, purchasers should contact the Festival using the contact information below so that the issue may be reviewed. Initiating a fraudulent or knowingly improper chargeback may result in cancellation of the applicable tickets and denial of future transactions, subject to applicable law. Nothing in this section limits a purchaser’s lawful rights concerning unauthorized transactions or legitimate billing disputes. 24. Severability If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found unenforceable, invalid, or unlawful, that provision will be enforced to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. 25. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal proceeding relating to a ticket purchase or attendance at the Festival must be brought in a court of proper jurisdiction and venue, subject to applicable law. 26. Entire Agreement and Updates These Terms and Conditions, together with the ticket description, checkout disclosures, posted Festival rules, and any written policies incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement between the purchaser or attendee and the Festival concerning admission. The Festival may update these Terms and Conditions for future purchases or events. The version presented or linked at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction. 27. Acceptance on Behalf of Others A purchaser buying tickets for other people is responsible for informing those individuals of these Terms and Conditions. The purchaser represents that they are authorized to accept the ticket-purchase provisions on behalf of the members of their purchasing party to the extent permitted by law. Each attendee also independently accepts the event-entry provisions by entering the Festival grounds.
