Per Minnesota Office of Cannabis Management - only licensed cannabis retailer, licensed microbusiness with a retailer endorsement, licensed mezzobusiness with a retailer endorsement, licensed medical cannabis combination business, licensed lower-potency hemp edible (LPHE) retailer, compacted Tribal enterprise, or a cannabis business licensed by a compacted Tribal regulatory agency are permitted to sell and or sample lower-potency hemp edibles and or hemp-derived consumer products at their vendor booths.
No vendor (regadless of license status) may sell cannabis at their vendor booths, but can submit products to the retail dispensaries for sale at the event by choosing the "Licensed Product" Add-On (limited amount) or explore sponsor opportunities that include the ability to have an on-site dispensary.
