Special Event Application at The Farmers Market

By applying to and participating in the Kalamazoo Farmers Market, vendors agree to comply with all rules, policies, and procedures established by Gamsho Group. 1. Compliance & Licensing. Participating vendors of the host organization are responsible for complying with all applicable city, county, state, and federal regulations. All required licenses, permits, and certifications must be valid and submitted upon request. Vendors must ensure their products meet all food safety and labeling requirements. 2. Event Rentals. Renters must operate within their assigned space and maintain a clean, safe, and professional setup. Tents must be properly weighted, and all displays must comply with market safety standards. 3. Prohibited Activities. Subletting the Kalamazoo Farmers Market space, misrepresenting the event mission as outlined in the application, or engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the market. 4. Liability & Insurance. Renters assume full responsibility for their event, products, equipment, and operations. Gamsho Group and The City of Kalamazoo and its partners are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury. Renters are required to carry personal insurance for general and product liability. Gamsho Group LLC carries its own general liability policy. 5. Enforcement Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in warnings, fines, suspension, or permanent removal from the market at the discretion of Market Management.
