This form is for individuals that have or will pay by check. You will need to mail a check for your amount to the New Harmony Business Associates at PO Box 45, New Harmony, Indiana, 47631.

For Profit Booths:             $200 per booth (max 3)

Non-Profit Booth:             $150 per booth (max 3)

Electrical (220v):                $150 (max 1) 

Electrical (110v):                $25 (max 1) 

Retail vendors include businesses and individuals selling general goods, home  goods, home based kitchen foods.
