Convention dates: November 13th-15th, 2026
The KumoriMarket Exhibitor Area provides space to retailers and other dealers selling a wide range of goods at the convention.
Applications for the Kumoricon 2026 Exhibitor Area are open as of now and will close on or before Wednesday, July 29, at 11:59pm Pacific Time. Applications may close early if our waitlist exceeds reasonable limits.
We will notify applicants as they are accepted throughout the application period, so earlier applicants are given greater consideration. If you have already pre-registered as an exhibitor at Kumoricon 2025, you do not need to apply using this form. If you apply despite being pre-registered, it could cause you to be double-charged.
Parking Passes (I-5 Lot) will not be available for Kumoricon 2026 due to overpass construction. If the convention center notifies us that this lot will be available, we will notify everyone. We apologize for the inconvenience!
2026 Booth Rate Options
Similar to previous years, almost all booths are corner booths. A corner booth is defined as having at least two of its four sides open. All booths will come with a single 8-foot table and two chairs:
- $1100 per 10-ft by 10-ft Premium booth. Premium booths are located with the closest proximity to the KumoriMarket entrance/exit, in comparison to all exhibitor booths.
- $1000 per 10-ft by 10-ft Standard booth. Standard booths are located in the middle sections of the Exhibitor Area, but are not in close proximity to the KumoriMarket entrance/exit or along the back walls.
- $900 per 10-ft by 10-ft Discount booth. Discount booths are located along the back walls of the KumoriMarket and are the furthest from the entrance/exit.
- $50 deduction per inline booth. An inline booth is any booth that has walls on at most three of its four sides. Corner booths converted by you or the decorator on your behalf at-con to be inline booths will not qualify for this deduction. Certain booth space arrangements will automatically qualify for at least one of these discounts. Inline booths can also be requested.
To comply with legal requirements, all exhibitors are required to have a Portland Business License [https://www.portland.gov/revenue/temporary-business-license]. Temporary registrations are available.
Exhibitors seeking space in the Exhibitor Area should not register as attendees at this time, but instead, apply for Exhibitor booth(s) using the form below.

Kumoricon offers Partner Tables as a no-cost opportunity for visiting anime conventions, community organizations, and local clubs to promote their event, mission, or organization to our attendees.
Â
Partner Tables are intended for groups that:
- Support anime, fandom, Japanese culture, or adjacent communities
- Are interested in cross-promotion, community building, or outreach
- Want to share information about their event, organization, or activities
Partner Tables are not commercial exhibitor booths. They are designed for promotion and engagement rather than retail sales, and space is limited. Approval is at the discretion of Kumoricon staff.
Â
Partner tables are not in a secured area. We recommend removing all items of value at the end of the day.
Â
Accepted partners are provided:
- One 8-foot table and two chairs
- Industry badges for representatives staffing the table
- Placement within the Partner Table area
There is no fee to participate. Some Partner Tables may be part of a reciprocal table trade or other collaborative agreement, while others may be approved as community outreach partnerships.
Â
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applicants must comply with Kumoricon policies and Partner Table guidelines.
