About the application
Please note:
This form is not an Industry Membership application. Industry Memberships applications are handled separately and must be completed through the appropriate process.
Convention dates: November 13th-15th, 2026
The KumoriMarket Industry Area at Kumoricon 2026 provides space for businesses and organizations offering goods, services, or experiences connected to anime, manga, Japanese pop culture, and related industries.
This Industry Booth application is intended specifically for industry members, including (but not limited to):
- Trademark and license holders
- Publishers and production companies
- Game developers and studios
- Media companies and distributors
- Japanese cultural organizations and institutions
This application is not for resellers, general retailers, or fan artists. If your primary business involves reselling merchandise rather than representing an original brand, license, or IP, please apply through the standard Exhibitor application instead.
Parking Passes (I-5 Lot) will not be available for Kumoricon 2026 due to overpass construction. If the convention center notifies us that this lot will be available, we will notify everyone. We apologize for the inconvenience!

- Application Period: Open now through Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at 11:59pm PT
Applications may close early if the waitlist exceeds reasonable limits. Applications are reviewed and accepted on a rolling basis; earlier applications receive greater consideration.
All exhibitors are required to hold a Portland Business License. Temporary licenses are available through the City of Portland: https://www.portland.gov/revenue/temporary-business-license
Exhibitors should not register as attendees at this time. Accepted applicants will receive additional instructions regarding payment, setup, and registration.

| Standard Industry Booth | $1,250.00 | Non-refundable | Industry Booth equipment is a 8'x2' single table with two chairs within each 10'x10' space. Comes with four KumoriMarket (access to all attendee functions as well as setup hours into the KumoriMarket Hall) memberships for the first booth purchased and two additional KumoriMarket memberships for each additional booth purchased. Industry booths are placed tin premium locations to ensure maximum visibility. |
| Additional Industry Badge | $65.00 | Non-refundable | Industry exhibitors are given three complimentary badges for their first booth and one additional badge for each booth beyond that. For example, two booths would come with 4 complimentary badges and 3 booths would come with five complimentary badges. You can request up to two additional memberships for $65 per badge. These badges are classified as "KumoriMarket" memberships and grant the same access as general attendees in addition to access to the KumoriMarket during setup hours. |
| If the lot is available, would you like to reserve a Parking Pass? | $90.00 | Non-refundable | Currently, we DO NOT have access to the I-5 lot (across from the convention center loading docks) for parking due to ongoing freeway construction. If the current situation changes and we are able to, however, we will reserve the lot for convention use. Access to the lot is from Thursday morning to Sunday night with in/out privilege. |
