Come spend the day at Pilgrim Firs on beautiful Lake Flora, enjoying a family-friendly picnic and a musical performance by Kim Archer! Spend the afternoon in a welcoming and relaxed environment. A free and delicious lunch will be provided, including a vegetarian option, dessert, and refreshments.
There’s several picnic table and lots of space to bring your lawn chairs and set up your own picnic area. If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we have an indoor dining area available!
Hang out, ping pong, giant Jenga, lawn games, and trails around the lake, including a contemplative labyrinth!
This is a fundraiser for and we will be accepting donations for Kitsap Pride and LGBTQIA+ Youth programs.
Everyone is welcome, so invite your friends and family!

Site Safety & Grounds
Stay on Trails: Please remain on marked trails to protect local wildlife and plant life.
Labyrinth Etiquette: Running is prohibited at the contemplative labyrinth to maintain a respectful and safe atmosphere.
No Smoking or Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are strictly prohibited in all buildings and wooded areas.
Waterfront Safety: Pilgrim Firs does not provide lifeguards. All swimming and boating activities are at your own risk and require a signed liability waiver.
Parking & Vehicles
Speed Limit: Please observe a strictly enforced 5 MPH speed limit throughout the site.
Designated Parking: Park only in designated areas. Do not block roads, as they serve as vital emergency fire lanes.
Accessibility: Priority parking near housing is reserved for participants with serious mobility concerns.
Guest Conduct
Pets: While some Kitsap Pride events are pet-friendly, Pilgrim Firs generally prohibits pets. Only ADA-certified service animals are permitted with prior approval from the Director.
Alcohol: Beer and wine are permitted in moderation, but no alcohol is provided by the venue or organizers.
Cleanliness: Help us maintain the "Radical Hospitality" of the site by using trash receptacles and returning all shared spaces to their original condition.
