PARKING INFORMATIONVendor parking instructions will be provided prior to each event and/or during vendor check-in.Please note that vendor parking is limited. Vendors must park only in designated vendor parking areas and follow all instructions provided by event staff and property management.Parking spaces closest to the market area are reserved for residents and guests unless otherwise specified.**Parkway Crossings Apartments actively enforces its parking policies. Vehicles parked in unauthorized areas, resident-reserved spaces, fire lanes, or any area not designated for vendor parking may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense.**The Local Habit is not responsible for any citations, towing fees, damages, or costs resulting from vendors parking in unauthorized areas.The Local Habit reserves the right to direct vendors to specific parking locations to ensure the best experience for residents, attendees, and participating businesses.Failure to follow parking instructions may result in removal from the event and may impact participation in future Local Habit events.By participating in this event, vendors acknowledge and agree to follow all parking instructions provided by event staff and property management.

HEALTH, SAFETY & EVENT OPERATIONS GUIDELINESThe safety of our vendors, attendees, residents, volunteers, staff, and property partners is a top priority. By participating in this event, vendors agree to comply with all health, safety, venue, and event requirements.GENERAL SAFETY REQUIREMENTS• Vendors are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and organized booth space at all times.• Vendors must keep walkways, emergency access routes, fire lanes, and common areas clear and unobstructed.• Vendors may not create any condition that could pose a safety risk to attendees, residents, staff, volunteers, or other vendors.• Vendors must immediately report any accident, injury, property damage, suspicious activity, safety concern, or emergency situation to event staff.TENT & EQUIPMENT SAFETY• All tents must be properly weighted and secured at all times.• A minimum of **10 pounds of weight per tent leg (40 pounds total)** is required.• **NO TENT WEIGHTS = NO SETUP.**• Vendors are responsible for ensuring that their tents, displays, equipment, and inventory can safely withstand weather conditions, including wind.• The Local Habit reserves the right to inspect tent weights and equipment during setup and throughout the event.• Unsafe tents, displays, or equipment may be required to be modified or removed immediately.POWER & LIGHTING• There is no electricity available onsite.• Vendors are responsible for providing their own lighting and power solutions if needed.• Generators are not permitted without prior approval from The Local Habit.• Vendors are responsible for ensuring that all electrical equipment, batteries, cords, and lighting are safely maintained and operated.FOOD SAFETY• Food vendors must possess and maintain all required licenses, permits, certifications, and approvals required by law.• Food vendors are responsible for proper food handling, storage, temperature control, sanitation, and compliance with all applicable health department requirements.• Food preparation and service areas must be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition at all times.EMERGENCY PROCEDURES• Vendors must comply immediately with instructions provided by event staff, property management, law enforcement, fire personnel, emergency responders, or other authorized officials.• In the event of severe weather, an emergency, or other safety concern, vendors may be required to suspend operations, shelter in place, or vacate the event area.• Failure to comply with emergency instructions may result in removal from the event.RIGHT TO REMOVE UNSAFE CONDITIONSThe Local Habit and Parkway Crossings Apartments reserve the right to require correction, modification, or removal of any booth, display, equipment, product, activity, or vendor operation deemed unsafe, hazardous, disruptive, or non-compliant with event policies.Vendors who fail to comply with health and safety requirements may be removed from the event without refund and may be prohibited from participating in future events.

law.Vendors are responsible for their own tables, chairs, displays, lighting, trash and equipment.The Local Habit reserves the right to limit duplicate vendors.Failure to follow event rules may result in removal from current and future events.-----VENDOR CONDUCT & APPROVAL POLICYThe Local Habit is committed to creating a welcoming, professional, inclusive, and community-centered environment for vendors, attendees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, and staff.Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into any event.The Local Habit reserves the right to approve, deny, remove, suspend, or refuse participation to any vendor, exhibitor, food vendor, sponsor, volunteer, performer, or organization at any time and for any reason deemed necessary to protect the integrity, safety, mission, operations, or overall experience of the event.Reasons for denial or removal may include, but are not limited to:• Failure to follow event rules, policies, or instructions from event staff.• Unprofessional, disrespectful, aggressive, discriminatory, harassing, threatening, or inappropriate behavior toward attendees, vendors, volunteers, staff, sponsors, partners, or venue personnel.• Misrepresentation of products, services, business practices, licenses, permits, or insurance.• Failure to maintain required permits, licenses, certifications, or approvals.• Repeated late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or operational issues.• Products, services, displays, messaging, or conduct that conflict with the mission, values, or intended experience of The Local Habit.• Safety concerns, venue violations, or behavior that negatively impacts the event experience.• Failure to comply with local, state, federal, venue, or event requirements.The Local Habit reserves the right to remove any vendor from an event without refund if their conduct, products, setup, or actions are determined to be detrimental to the event, venue, attendees, other vendors, or the organization.By submitting an application and participating in a Local Habit event, vendors acknowledge and agree to these terms.------HOLD HARMLESS, LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENTBy submitting an application and participating in any event hosted, organized, or managed by The Local Habit Community Initiative, the vendor acknowledges and agrees to the following:The vendor understands that participation in this event is voluntary and assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, theft, loss of merchandise, vehicle damage, weather-related incidents, accidents, acts of attendees, acts of other vendors, and any other unforeseen circumstances.The vendor agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless The Local Habit Community Initiative, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, partners, event staff, representatives, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the event.The vendor further agrees to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Parkway Crossings Apartments, its ownership, management company, employees, agents, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and property owners from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the event or presence on the property.The vendor assumes full responsibility for the conduct of themselves, their employees, representatives, volunteers, contractors, guests, and anyone operating under their business during the event.The vendor agrees to indemnify and defend The Local Habit Community Initiative and Parkway Crossings Apartments against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, attorney fees, or expenses arising from the vendor's actions, negligence, products, services, operations, employees, representatives, equipment, vehicles, or booth activities.The vendor is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any licenses, permits, certifications, insurance, inspections, or approvals required by federal, state, county, or local law.The vendor understands that The Local Habit Community Initiative and Parkway Crossings Apartments are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property, equipment, inventory, vehicles, trailers, tents, displays, merchandise, or personal belongings.The vendor acknowledges that event dates, times, layouts, vendor placement, parking arrangements, and operational procedures may change as necessary and agrees to comply with all instructions provided by event staff and property management.By submitting an application, making payment, and/or participating in the event, the vendor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Hold Harmless, Liability Waiver, and Indemnification Agreement.
