We ask for your help in making this a safe event for all. Please read the following before attending the event and take the self-assessment the day of the event. All staff, volunteers, partners and attendees are encouraged to stay home if they are sick or have any symptoms of COVID-19, and to get tested for COVID-19 Guests who are not fully vaccinated are encouraged to wear a mask during the event In congested areas of the event, all guests are recommended to wear a mask All guests are encouraged to maintain distance from those not in their immediate family during the event Self-Assessment Have you experienced any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 within the last 48 hours? -Fever or chills - Cough - Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing - Fatigue - Muscle or body aches - Headache - New loss of taste or smell - Sore throat - Congestion or runny nose - Nausea or vomiting - Diarrhea Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 10 days? Are you currently awaiting results from a COVID-19 test? Have you been diagnosed with COVID-19 by a licensed health care provided (for example, a doctor, nurse, pharmacist or other) in the past 10 days? Have you been told that you are suspected to have COVID-19 by a licensed healthcare provided in the past 10 days?
