Thank you for your interest in participating as a vendor at Downtown Smithfield’s Kick off to Christmas: Tree Lighting and Holiday Market, Friday, November 28th, 2025 on the 100th block of South Third Street. This community celebration brings together local makers, artisans, and businesses for an afternoon and evening full of fun, shopping, and entertainment.
Vendor setup begins at 12:00 PM, and all booths must be fully set up and ready to open by 2:45PM. Vendors may not tear down early and are expected to remain open until 8:00 PM. Each vendor is responsible for cleaning up their area, including removing all trash and leftover items.
Booth spaces are 10'x10', with a $50 fee. Vendors who need more space should reserve additional booths. Electricity is available at no extra cost—please indicate on your application if needed.
Payment will be collected upon approval of your application. Booth assignments and setup instructions will be sent via email one week before the event.

Downtown District Business Vendors
Businesses located within the Downtown Smithfield District are invited to participate in Kick Off to Christmas on Friday, November 28, 2025, from 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM in Downtown Smithfield.
As a valued part of our downtown community, you have the opportunity to set up a booth at no cost to showcase your products, services, or holiday specials to event visitors. This festive celebration will feature live entertainment, children’s activities, holiday vendors, and the official tree lighting, drawing hundreds of guests to our downtown.
Vendor Guidelines:
Booth Space: Each vendor will be provided a 10’ x 10’ space. Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tents, tables, chairs, and any other necessary supplies.
Setup: Vendor setup begins at 1:00 PM. All booths must be fully set up and ready to open by 2:45 PM.
Tear Down: Vendors may not tear down early. Booths must remain open until 8:00 PM.
Clean Up: Each vendor is responsible for cleaning their area, including removing all trash and leftover items at the end of the event.
