KC PrideFest 2025

Setup begins Thursday, June 5th with food vendor equipment to arrive as early as possible for placement. We will assign locations based on arrival. Electricity is provided. Access to water is available; vendors must transport water from the source to their space. Ice is available on location for purchase throughout the event. Grease must be carried out by the vendor, no dumping. Trash is the responsibility of the vendor and must be placed in provided dumpsters. Applications without a menu that includes prices and photos of previous setup will not be reviewed. You will not be charged until your application has been approved. Payments not completed by May 1, 2025 will have the registration cancelled.

Calling all Queer Wellness Providers!
 
We are taking applications from wellness providers who want to offer their services in the Pride Wellness Tent.

We're seeking providers in all areas of wellness: physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, financial, and environmental. Unsure if your services are a good fit? Please reach out to discuss! We want to talk to you!
 
Please fill out the application to apply for a spot in the Wellness Tent. Each Wellness Tent provider will receive complimentary access for up to two table attendees, air conditioning, power, and tables and chairs.  All approved applicants will be notified of their assigned time slots by May 21.

The Pride Artist Tent vending cost for artists at No Divide KC is FREE. Pride takes place at Theis Park, 47th &, Oak St, Kansas City, MO 64110. During the days of Friday June 6th 5-9PM, Saturday June 7th 12-9PM, and Sunday June 8th 11-5PM. It is expected for you to provide your own table and setup.

You may begin setting up after 4pm Thursday, June 5th and after 9am Friday, June 6th. All setup must be complete by 4pm on Friday. Your table must be staffed for the entire time period you've signed up for.

Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment is required. $15 per hour + tips.
