KC Arirang

Thank you for your interest in joining us as a Food Truck Vendor at the KC Arirang Festival!

We are excited to bring together a variety of food vendors to create a fun and delicious experience for our festival guests. This application is for food trucks and mobile food vendors interested in participating in the festival.

Please complete all required sections of the application and provide accurate information regarding your menu, pricing, permits, and food service setup.

Required Festival Payment System

The KC Arirang Festival will operate using a closed-loop payment system for all food purchases. All food vendors are required to process festival food sales through the designated festival payment system. Vendors may not use their own POS system to accept payment for food purchases during the festival.

The vendor sales program requires an Android device running Android 9 or newer.

Food vendors have two options:

• Bring Your Own Device: Vendor provides a compatible Android device (Android 9 or newer) for use during the festival.
• Rent a Device: A compatible device may be rented from the festival for $100.

Vendors who choose to rent a device will have the $100 rental fee added to their vendor fees.

Approved vendors will receive additional information regarding vendor fees, arrival and setup instructions, parking, event-day procedures, and other important requirements.

We are excited to welcome local businesses, artists, makers, and vendors to showcase and sell their products while being part of a fun and vibrant celebration of Korean culture and community.

This application is for vendors selling merchandise, handmade goods, clothing, accessories, beauty products, artwork, collectibles, and other approved retail items.

Please complete all required sections of the application and provide an accurate description of the products you plan to sell. Photos or examples of your products may be requested as part of the approval process.

Please note: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed by the festival committee. We may limit vendors offering similar products to provide a diverse shopping experience for our festival guests.

Approved vendors will receive additional information regarding vendor fees, booth assignments, setup and breakdown times, event-day procedures, and other important requirements.

We are excited to welcome nonprofit and community organizations that help strengthen, educate, and serve our community. This application is for nonprofit organizations interested in hosting an informational or outreach booth during the festival.

Participating organizations are encouraged to create an engaging and welcoming booth where festival guests can learn more about your organization, programs, services, and community involvement.

Please complete all required sections of the application and provide a brief description of your organization and what you plan to offer or display at your booth.

Please note: Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. All applications will be reviewed and approved by the festival committee to ensure participating organizations align with the mission, values, and family-friendly environment of the KC Arirang Festival.

Approved organizations will receive additional information regarding booth location, setup and breakdown times, event-day procedures, and other important details.
