By attending, participating in, vending at, volunteering for, or performing at K-Bloom Fan Fest at the Greensboro Shrine Club, you agree to the following terms:

By entering the event premises, you assume all personal risk related to injury, illness, property damage, or loss. The event organizer and venue are not liable for personal injury, theft, or damage.

K-Bloom Fan Fest is committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all.
The following behaviors will not be tolerated:
• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Verbal or physical threats
• Disruptive or unsafe conduct
• Intoxication that interferes with event safety
• Unauthorized sales or solicitation
Event staff reserve the right to remove any individual violating these standards without refund.

3. Cosplay & Props Policy
Cosplay is welcome and encouraged. However:
• No real weapons are permitted.
• No realistic prop firearms.
• No sharp or dangerous objects.
• Props must comply with local safety standards and event staff discretion.
Event staff may inspect or deny props at any time.

4. Photography & Media Release
This event may be photographed and recorded for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant the event organizer permission to use your image or likeness in marketing, social media, and future promotional materials without compensation.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify staff upon arrival.

5. Parking & Venue Compliance
Parking is available onsite at the Greensboro Shrine Club. Attendees must follow all posted signage and staff instructions. Vehicles parked illegally or blocking designated areas may be subject to towing at the owner’s expense.
All participants must comply with venue policies and local regulations.

6. Weather Policy
This event includes indoor and outdoor components. The event will proceed rain or shine unless severe weather conditions pose a safety risk.
In the event of cancellation due to extreme circumstances, updates will be communicated via official event social media and email.

7. Sales & Transactions
All vendor transactions are handled directly between vendors and customers. The event organizer is not responsible for disputes, refunds, damaged goods, or transaction issues.

8. Right to Refuse Service
The event organizer reserves the right to refuse entry, participation, or service to anyone who violates event policies or behaves in a manner that compromises safety or community standards.

9. Force Majeure
