The City of Katy is gearing up for a festive celebration of its rich history and cultural heritage! Join us for a weekend packed with family fun and community spirit at the newly redesigned Historic Town Square in front of Katy City Hall. This event, benefiting the Rotary Club of Katy, promises something for everyone, with 100% of net proceeds going back into our beloved Katy Community through scholarships, nonprofit organizations, and charities. Friday, October 11th will be designated for vendor load in, volunteer meetings, and operational run throughs. The Katy Rice Harvest Festival kicks off Saturday, October 12th 10am-10pm & continues Sunday, October 15th 12pm-6pm The event spans two days, overflowing with activities. Explore 150 vendor booths offering unique crafted items, indulge in delicious treats from food trucks, and enjoy live music performances. Our expanded kids/teen zone ensures that the little ones have just as much fun, with bounce houses, obstacle courses and interactive games galore. Come watch the demo cooking show, cheer on the KRHF King and Queen, and don't miss out on the cooking and art contests. Dance the night away in front of the the main stage or quench your thirst in our beer garden, there’s something for everyone. The newly reimagined festival will feature fantastic opportunities to discover new shops & revisit some of your favorites, savor culinary delights, and forge new connections within our vibrant community. Parking is made easy with new routes, ample space, and free shuttle service to and from the Merrell Center throughout the festival. We also encourage rideshares and will be offering discounts for those who choose to utilize our rideshare partners!
