Katsucon 2025 is the THIRTY year anniversary of KEI! This year will be themed Japanese Horror in addition to our mission of bringing Japanese Culture, Anime, and Cosplay to the local community.

Welcome to the Katsucon Cons/Clubs page! Each year, we strive to fill our cons/clubs area with some of the best. From nonprofits to fellow conventions, we look to provide unique and fun finds for our attendees and to increase the outreach of each group.
Cons/clubs (conventions and clubs) are defined as conventions, clubs, events and other entities that are using their space for promotion. Promotion includes fliers and word of mouth to raise awareness for that entity.

Complete this form to apply to run a fan panel for Katsucon 2025. Panelists must have a Katsucon 2025 badge in order to run a panel at the convention. The Lead Panelist and up to one (1) other panelist will each receive a free badge.
If you have more than two (2) people assisting with a panel, then anyone over the two (2) person limit can purchase a regular Attendee Badge to participate.
By submitting an application you are confirming that you have read and understand the information and guidelines on the Katsucon Programming website before submitting this application. Any applications that do not adhere to the guidelines may be rejected.
